Home Instead was wonderful for our mom in the last few years of her life. Susan, her caregiver, is second to none. Our mother was always treated gently, kindly and with respect and because of that, Mom loved Susan and Susan loved our mom. If in doubt about using Home Instead, have a talk with them. They've always been responsive and happy to answer all of our questions.

I'm a current client of Home Instead. They're here seven days a week right now because I just had surgery on my foot, and I need someone to help me out with a lot of stuff. They are really wonderful. They do cleaning and cooking and helping me get dressed. I'm going to take my first shower, so I need help doing that. I really want to give a good review to Jessica. She just does whatever. She'll see something that needs to be done and she does it, which is really nice. They were great with scheduling. I was really worried about it and they hit it right on the nail, all the hours I needed and days I needed. Robin is so wonderful, too. They'll go shopping for me. They'll take me to doctor's appointments. They're just so wonderful. They're really there for me.

I have such a wonderful person taking care of me from Home Instead. She's a very, very thoughtful woman. I've been using them for four to five years now. I love it. They have very wonderful people working to help people. I'm blind, so the lady here comes and helps me with my bath, and she cleans my house. She's a wonderful cook. She keeps my house clean, she takes me to the doctor, and she makes sure I get my medicine and I make it to all my appointments on time. She takes me to the store. She takes me shopping when I want to go shopping. She really takes very, very wonderful care of me. She's here five days a week. She's just a wonderful person who takes care of people. She can see stuff that needs to be done. I had trouble getting out of the tub, and she went and got one of those metal things that will help you get up from the tub. I had a cracked pelvis, so she went and got me one of those high rises, so I wouldn't have to bend over so far and that helped me a lot. She did so many things for me.

Our caregiver, Connor, has been very helpful in caring for my husband. My husband’s mobility is very limited & I need help with getting him up & down & with walking. It has been a big relief to have someone help with his care. The Home Instead office has been easy to work with in coordinating this care.

Home Instead on the eastside of Indianapolis has been providing home health aide services for my elder mother and father for a few months now and we are very pleased. Their caregiver, Robin, has earned a special place in my parents' hearts, has adapted well to changing circumstances, and even provides good ideas and insight that help my wife and I in better caring for my parents.

I've had Home Instead for about three months now. Everything I need, they anticipate it. My aide is real good about suggesting things that I should do and people I should contact. She provides help in my apartment. I live in a one-bedroom apartment, and she does cleaning. She would help me if I needed her for a shower and things like that. She does my laundry. She's my housekeeper. She comes five days a week about four hours a day. Sometimes, she doesn't have anything to do, but she keeps me company. She makes phone calls for me because I got a new phone and sometimes I don't know how to get it to work. She's good at everything. She's scheduled to be at my place between 7:30 and 8:00 in the morning because I go to therapy, and she always tries to get here before I leave. They haven't let me down any time.

I've been with Home Instead for about three years now. The folks are very good and very polite and very much manage your time. I use them six days a week. They do cleaning of the house, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, doing dishes, doing laundry, assist me with showers, and they go walking with me every day. Scheduling is very good. I get them every morning from 8:00 to 4:00, on Saturday from 10:00 to 2:00, and on Sunday from 2:00 to 6:00.

If something comes up where she would run late the office always notifies me ASAP. This has only happened once. I love my caregiver! She's the best! She has become family. I know I can pick up the phone talk to anyone in the East side office and they are more than willing to help. They are also very kind in times when I'm stressing.
