Sincere thanks to Cici for the compassionate care she has given to my elderly parents in recent weeks. She has helped keep their household clean and organized, looks out for their well being, and makes the world's best scrambled eggs according to my mom. So grateful for Cici!

Our experience with Home Instead was relatively good. They made sure my mom ate and that she took her pills. She couldn't get around very well, but they helped her do that. We chose them because my sister-in-law had experience with them.

We were impressed by the ease of initiating service, including a prompt visit by a care coordinator and a good understanding of our health care issues. Our companion/housekeepers have been punctual, pleasant, and efficient.

The personalized service and respect provided to me based upon my needs and health. I am so appreciative to the staff for their hard work in finding a caregiver who fits my needs, lifestyle and the positive energy brought into my home. A significant impact on my emotional well being and positive energy is clearly evident by my husband as he has made comments on multiple occasions. The current caregiver in my home, April, is a true blessing. She has gone above and beyond expectation.

I believe things happen for a reason. There was a reason I went to HISC first. My mom had fell and broke 3 ribs. The Dr. at first said nursing home then said could not go. I had to take a day off work and I went to HISC and on one day it was done. We have had different caregivers and they have all been great. HISC have helped with everything that has come up.

Home Instead did a really good job. After surgery, I was limited on everything my normal schedule entailed. Home Instead caregivers came in and took care of everything I could not. They were caring and understanding. They also gave me the feeling of independence and comfort of being at home while working through my health needs.

We worked with Home Instead Senior Care for my neighbor who needed immediate 24/7 care. They were absolutely wonderful. They had someone there within 2 hours and were wonderful with scheduling. The ladies that came were caring, kind and really made her comfortable with having an unknown person in her home.
