Her health really picked up when she had a regular caregiver and she could walk steadily around the house, and then her health severely declined. At the beginning of my care it was made clear that she has dementia and she cannot have a revolving door of employees. I was told we could have one person all six days, then it changed to two people and then it was a revolving door and it made my grandmother's heath decrease.

When we interviewed BrightStar, they said that they thoroughly vetted their caregivers, but we had a caregiver who did not have a drivers license and could have easily driven my mother around without being licensed.

When we said we needed a change they changed it for us and it worked out very well. The caregivers were there to be very watchful of my husband and they made sure of his safety.
