The provider has helped by giving immediate response and the caregivers follow the list my stepmother gave them. The agency is reliable.

She was unable to do anything so they cared for her. There was a concern that we don't know if the caregiver was with Phyllis when she fell.

The agency has helped me with physical therapy. The caregivers take lots of breaks, that's something the agency should address.

The caregiver being there is a positive for me. They are not always on time, and we never have the same caregiver.

In my case, they only come once a month, so I have not had too many services. I have not had any problems with them. Laura is easy to get a hold of.

The agency has made the experience positive by always being available if I have an issue, I feel like I can talk to them, and they are just a friendly and easy group of people. I like how the agency is very easy to work with, and the caregivers are friendly as well.

They can have a greater impact by taking care of more things and what they do. I would like to see more repetition. They don't keep the same person coming out every time.

They will stay here with him when I need to go out to do things. It allows me to have a break. It is such a great help because I cannot do it by myself. I like that the girls are very efficient.
