The client is bedridden and cannot talk but the lady who is here has amazing skill so reception and tries to present the needs to her. The agency is on top of things, and they do what they say they will do. The caregiver we have is kind, and gentle with my wife.

My caregivers could have a greater impact by know what they're doing. They could maybe have a cooking class for the caregivers. For the young ones, some of them don't even know how to fry an egg. They're not perfect, but they're very good. I am not sure what the agency needs to improve on because they do a lot of stuff correctly. They do try to send people if the caregiver is not here because they're sick or something. I have had very good luck this week. The worker I've had, I've had her for 2 years as a caregiver. She has been wonderful. I just got out of the hospital so now I have another lady coming. She is also very good. It takes a while for her to get used to me and me to her. She is getting it and she's very good. The only complaint I have is that some of the younger workers need a little more instruction.

My mother needs everything done for her. She is fearful since she has dementia, and they are very patient with her and sit with her. I love the two caregivers that my mom has. The agency is very efficient and if we need to get a substitute or make any changes they are quick about doing that.

They need better trained and more personable people. They replaced someone who was cheerful with someone who was a downer. They did not understand what my needs were. I did not feel heard by the company. They did not supervise their employees and the caregiver did not do a very good job.
