They help her get out of bed. They are kind and compassionate. They make sure she has access to whatever she needs. They get her out of bed and where she needs. They try to get her more mobile. They are there as support. They need to train their people on what comments are appropriate and what's not appropriate. They are doing couple's care and the caregiver is there to support both of them. The caregiver offered a medical option to my Mother that was not appropriate.

They know what they are doing and are kind. I am new, and I think that a lot of times other companies are not as involved or detailed about the client's needs but Visiting Angles is Awesome. Every caregiver has patiently listened to me and taken notes and have not indicated that I am overbearing. They take feedback and listen, and they are perfect. I get why they are going through a lot of caregivers right now, but my mom has a lot of anxiety with the amount of caregivers and other people coming in and out of her life. But they are going through people to make sure they are getting the best fit and that is good, it's just been a little stressful. It's awesome and convenient. I like that they are caring and lovely and well-trained.

She gets help for everything that she needs help with. The office staff is good, but my mom is the one receiving the services.

The services provided would give us peace of mind. The care was excellent and they would always work with us, they were wonderful.

They have helped me the most by helping me to get around since my back hurts quite a bit. They really help me to do what I need like getting in a meal, doing laundry, and going to the grocery store. I like that the people that take care of me are punctual and as of late nobody has missed the appointments.

She seemed to get along really well with them. They changed her, they entertained her somewhat, and kept her active. They did a good job. They were attentive to her and seemed to get along good.

They get the whole mood around the house to be much more positive. My wife struggles with headaches as well, and they give her time when she doesn't have to focus on her pain. They are very good at what they do. They bring out the best in people. They are very good for people with immediate memory recall issues, like my wife. They do everything I would like them to do. I'm so glad to see my wife so happy. It works out very well.

It was very stressful, I was constantly feeling like I had to monitor what was going on there. The quality of care was not there, the girls were on their phones half the time.

She is 100 and they are doing a good job for her. Our experience has been very good. The helpers have been excellent and they have been very accommodating.

They have been here when I have needed to do other tasks. I like the caregivers that they send, they are fantastic.

Visiting Angels has been great in providing Home Care service for my Mother. She is 93 and needs help around the house with cleaning, laundry, and shopping. The Agents have all been really wonderful. VA has provided a good match for my Mother's needs. VA was very flexible with our schedule requirements and it has been a pleasure working with them. Staff is very prompt and efficient.

The consideration for choosing Visiting Angels as a provider for my mother is that, first and foremost, they seem like a good Christian-based outfit. You can use them four hours a day, two hours a day, and eight hours a day. They're very, very flexible. They are trained. The whole system seems to be based on integrity. It works out well for us so far. My mother has them for almost three years now. She can call for a doctor appointment, they come and pick her up and take her to the doctor and they charge $20 an hour. So far, they have been really good. They brought three or four people at the time and then Mom sort of bonded with one or two of them, so she is very happy right now.

Visiting Angels is perfect. The staff is very good to my mother. They took care and monitored all her needs. They're just great and we're very happy with it. What I really like about them is that the owner came out to the house and he met us and my mother. He also sent the girl that helped us so that she will know where to go and be safe. They all knew exactly what we expected before the girl ever came here and when she came, she was fantastic. The whole thing is nice, professional and worked out really well. I would certainly recommend Visiting Angels.
