I am not getting the care that I need, because they are not wanting her to come give me the care that I need. When I have appointments, my caregiver helps me get in and out of vehicles. Sometimes she misses clock in due to her helping me, but that's not on her.

They've taken her to places. She's homebound and doesn't drive. She's able to do things that she wouldn't be able do if I wasn't there. The issue would be finding caregivers. Staff hasn't been available and that's been an issue for me.
