It is excellent. When I have gone into the doctor's office, my caregiver has always helped me in and out of the car. She has helped me carry things and she will listen to what the doctors are saying, then we discuss it. She reminds me of things that I am sometimes not conscious of. I like the flexibility. I like my caregiver's attitude, that she is professional, and the way she conducts herself. She can anticipate what I need.

It hasn't been great. At least one day a week, someone is not showing up. I would like them to improve the reliability of the caregivers. I need to see someone to come out when they are scheduled.

They could make it more positive by improving the reliability of the staff and having more timely communication. I would suggest being able to recruit and thoroughly evaluate their employees and this out of concerns of reliability.

The company needs to find caregivers that love their jobs and want to work. I am not receiving any care at all and they can't seem to keep any caregivers.

Even though we were tested positive for COVID-19 they still showed up. I was pleased with them. They would call in advanced that they were coming and that they would be there in an hour's time.

They could have found something to do with their time. If they have a task, stick to that task, and if that task is done, looking for something else instead of just sitting around. Sometimes, some of the workers were not proactive, though the management was great.

It has allowed me to work and not be concerned about my mother's well being. I am comfortable with the care she is receiving, and she has someone to go with her to her doctor visits. I like the availability of the nurses. They are available 24 hours if we need them.

They can first check the personnel to make sure they know what they are doing and that they are able to do what they are supposed to. The girl doesn't seem to understand, so they need to make sure they don't send a sick person to help another sick person.

They are helpful, but they need to show up on time. If I'm looking for them to show up at 9, they show up at 9:15 or 9:20, and at that point I've already made his breakfast. Sometimes I go to the washer and the clothes will still be there. When I'm looking for someone to come, they don't show up.

They help me with laundry and dishes, and a few people used to cook for me, but I can't eat anything right now. They could send the right people. There was a lady who came to me who was more disabled than I am, and I couldn't ask her to do anything.

My caregiver took me to the VA facility when I wasn't feeling well one day and the caregiver stayed with me when the VA suggested I needed to go the emergency room. They are really thorough and if I need something and without questions the caregiver gets what I need.

Since I get infusions because it's hard for me to fight off diseases, the impact on my life is good. I've been with them for years. There has only been one time over that time where I had a problem with one of the nurses, and they replaced them.

It was good to have someone to take care of my loved one that was capable of taking care of her. If one of the aides had called in and couldn't work, a better backup plan would have been good. I had to miss work to take care of her.

I like the follow-up, they check on me, and I have a CNA here. They call and check to make sure things are going well. I have congestive heart failure, and I am very lightheaded and get dizzy. The caregiver senses all the things that I cannot do, and they help me in everything that I cannot do.

We're been very happy with the caregiver and the service she's provided for my dad. She does a great job. My father had his leg amputated, so she comes and bathes him, gets him dressed, and gets him in his wheelchair. Her feeding him and getting him to take his medications has been a life changer for him.

I thought the service was just adequate. I had a couple caregivers that were quite young, and I am old. I couldn't have taken care of myself. I had them for a short time. With my surgery, movement was difficult.

I hired BrightStar Care to be a companion to my wife on Thursday through Sunday, and there has been no consistency in the personalities of the people that have been coming. BrightStar Care also calls this babysitting which is insulting. It really rubs me the wrong way when the caregivers come to babysit. They are dealing with an adult, not a baby. My wife still reacts and interacts to a degree. It has a good impact if it's a good person. If not, it has no impact.

BrightStar Care is helpful, they sit down and talk, they're a lot of help in grocery stores, and doctors. I enjoy they take me places because I feel safe. I don't do anything without my caregivers. They take me wherever I need to go. I don't get any complaints.

BrightStar Care is prompt and they are concerned for my husband's health. The care alleviates a lot of stress for me and it gives my husband a sense of security to have someone there.
