I have Interim Healthcare for my mom. It has been very good. They provide people that take good care of her. They just sit with her, and they are there with her. The caregivers are caring like they interact well with her, and they seem to really care about their patients. Billing and scheduling are very flexible and easy to work out. I would say to others that if they need a safe, trusted company to help with their elderly care needs, they are good.

Interim Healthcare was very instrumental to my healing after my car accident. Very courteous and helpful staff. They assisted me with getting to doctor's appointments and to the supermarket.

We have been using Interim HealthCare for almost a year now. I'm very, very pleased with them. They've been helpful with securing people to stay with my mom, trustworthy people, and people that she's been able to get along with that are easy to work with. They help her with showering, laundry, and changing her linens. They also help her get her meals during the day if a family member is not there. I like that the people have been able to relate to her and form a personal bond with her. This person that she enjoys the most has really become almost like a friend to her, and my mother looks forward to her coming. The person who comes, comes three times a week, and probably my mom's favorite time is when her caregiver comes.

I used Interim Healthcare for my mother. My experience was better. We called them and gave them almost a short notice to have a sitter for my mother in the evening. They were able to provide that with a 24-hour period. I really didn't expect them to respond that quickly. They were doing the night sitting with her, they would come in and sit with her during the evenings in addition to what the assisted living people were doing at that time. The caregivers were very good and very compassionate. We even had one that stayed after her shift just to be with my mother until we got there. They were very caring and very good with her. I have recommended them to others. They're good folks.

Interim Healthcare are wonderful. My grandmother had an accident in August and we needed help right away. She was in a lot of pain and Interim Healthcare came through and has been keeping round-the-clock care of her since August. They have been amazing. The owners are lovely and so caring, and they're like an extension of our family. The caregivers are kind, patient, sweet, and very attentive to make sure nothing happens to her. They're also welcoming when we go visit her. If there is a change in scheduling, they will let us know as soon as possible.

Interim Healthcare provided services for my father. They did a good job. He was a difficult patient. He needed 24-hour care, so there were people there, and they helped him bathe and they prepared his food. They emailed the billing and scheduling to me. Because he had 24-hour care, they had different people. Overall, I was pleased with the caregivers. He had dementia and he was probably more difficult than an average patient. They tried hard to manage things well and keep on top of situations. It's a difficult job. My father was a person who had both mental and physical problems, so that's a lot more difficult.

Interim Healthcare provided help for my dad. It was very good. We started with them in November 2020. It was for a very short period of time, maybe two weeks or so. The caregivers were excellent. They were very cooperative and did everything that we asked them to do. They were on time and they assisted Dad in everything that he needed. He was very sick with Covid and he was in hospice. The hospice wasn't able to be with him daily and he was trying to get out of bed all the time, so we needed somebody to stay with him. Because of his Alzheimer's we needed them to explain to him that he couldn't be getting out of bed. We needed caregivers to assist him if he needed to go to the bathroom and things like that. They assisted probably some of the nurse aides there at where he was staying. For us, they were also very helpful because it was during the time where they wouldn't allow us to go in there because of Covid and I was especially appreciative because the nurse aide would call me every night and would let me talk to Dad, and that was the only way I was able to talk to him. He actually died during that time that he was there and they were there with him. If they had not been there, I wouldn't have been able to talk to him every day, so that was something I really appreciated about their care.

Interim cared for my father in law during his final weeks. The family had little notice of the extent of our needs and Interim was available quickly to care for him and to make life easier for his wife and the family. They provided compassionate care for him while doing so many other things going above and beyond when needed.

The overall experience with Interim Healthcare has been wonderful. We have had their service since August 2020. They are with my mother for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They help her with meal preparation, light housekeeping, correspondence, showering, and going for walks. They are invaluable to her. We have several caregivers. We have been very pleased with the level of care, the experience and the compassion with most of the caregivers. It is a hard job especially during the virus and it has been very difficult for my mother and for them, but everybody has a cheerful attitude and it has been good. Billing and scheduling are both done via email, so it is great. I get the scheduling for the week, I receive it on Friday afternoon and it starts with the first shift on Saturday morning. It is a week's schedule and then I receive my bill every Monday afternoon. They are just wonderful. Greg and Leigh are just tremendous advocates for people who need help and it has just been wonderful. It is really comforting to know that someone is caring for my mother.

I'm using Interim Healthcare for my wife. The experience is excellent. We have them for six to seven months now. They help her with taking a shower, getting dressed, preparing meals, and cleaning the house, and they do a very good job. The caregivers are excellent. My wife gets along well with them. All of them have been very good. I have had the same one for the past six or seven weeks. Billing and scheduling is very business-like and we always have someone when I need it. If we have a problem and we need extra help, they are always able to provide it.
