This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a health care agency. They left me hanging which I still am trying to find help. They did not show any professionalism starting texting me they were working on getting me help as if my job could wait on them. Please stop portraying yourself as wanted to be a reliable source to people when your actions show different. You knew you did not have adequate staff when they said they could. I'm very angry and fed up with lies.

I would like to see them send one regular caregiver. I would like to see improved staffing and more consistency with the caregivers. Elderly people need a regular person, and my mother has seen over 30 different caregivers. That's too many people for someone with progressing dementia.

I'm not worried about leaving her alone with them. It's a big load off of me. The caregivers actually talk to my mom.

All the kids live out-of-town, so we are not always there to help. Once we found the right caregiver, we didn't have to worry. They are more helpful and friendly. We've been very satisfied.

The agency has made my experience positive by accurately reporting my insurance. I like the people who work in the office and the caregiver they sent me.

They make sure they pick the right employee who has the right personality and make sure she is cared for. The providers that they send out to care for my mom works with me to make sure we get the right provider. They make sure the client is comfortable with their provider.

There is really nothing they can do. They can offer a little more training to the caretakers.

I can't say they didn't provide any benefit, but it didn't reach what we needed. We needed someone to help encourage the hygiene and to be more than daycare workers. The workers need to be more than babysitters.

On the day she's there, it gives me peace of mind. I like that they were responsive.

It has allowed her to stay in her home. She is familiar with this caregiver and the caregiver is great. We really like the owner. The owner came and sat down with us, and we were impressed with her. The caregiver came with us over the company. It has been wonderful.

He preps meals and spends time with him on the porch. The staff is friendly, and they make sure that you're comfortable and satisfied with the workers.

She comes in and helps me. He is completely handicap. I requested someone to come Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and they couldn't give us that much care.

I would like them to find me a consistent caregiver so I don't have to explain how to do everything every time someone new comes. I had bad luck with the first one but after that everyone has been great.

They make my life easier since I know there is someone there to make her life easier. Anything they can do saves me from doing it. They need to call when someone is not going to show up.

She calls to check on me when I am in the hospital to make sure that I am okay. She calls to check to see if I get my food on time. I like their services. I need them on time and they provide a lot of help for me. She cleans around the house.
