They never cleaned the home, and I asked the caregiver to wash my mom's bedding and put new bedding on, but she never did. They haven't been able to get an aid to regularly take care of my mom. Ever since then, we have had an issue with getting an aid here.

The administrative staff was very helpful with his needs. The last employee's work was a mixed bag. Some were poor and some were average. Their punctuality was poor and following instructions to not leave the premises was poor. Instructions to clean were average and the willingness to work with my brother was outstanding. The people in administrative positions were very helpful, but one of the caregivers left after he missed two assignments straight.

They seem like they are not well-trained, very caring, or communicative. We've had an incident where my grandmother was injured in one of the aides' care. That aide quit afterward. I'm just not a fan of care companions.

I have a double broken hip and I can't walk. I walked today with a physical therapist hanging on to me so I would be useless without them. I can't even go to the bathroom by myself without them. The impact is high. They have so many different young ladies that work for them. Some are fantastic and some are not good. The price is reasonable and all the caregivers are nice. There was one girl who brought me dinner from a restaurant the other day and then went back to what she was doing.

They should be creative about ways to incentivize employees. The attention to detail has been good. It has been good even when it was challenging. It seems like the people care about the work that they do and the clients. They have been very professional, even when the caregiver got Covid.

They make it possible for us to stay in our home here. We built this home in 1964. It has made it very good to live in. I am afraid of nursing homes because it relates to the virus. I think that they do a very good job of pre-selecting the people. They allow us to talk to them to get to know them. Each person we had talked to we had felt that they had promise. We have been very satisfied with it.
