Homewatch CareGivers of East Atlanta met our needs in every way. We had a rather urgent request for immediate senior care and they were able to fill our request within a 24 hour window. We had a rotation of 4 aides scheduled for 24/7 care. They were all very professional, prompt, and equipped to handle all of our needs. We would definitely use the Homewatch services again in the future.

We hired Homewatch CareGivers for 2 weeks after my wife had the surgery. They were really quick in terms of responding with my initial inquiry. I did a phone interview and my wife is also a healthcare professional herself. We kinda knew what we wanted. We didn't want anything long term. We wanted somebody that had experience so they came in and did a home assessment. They are very professional and got our needs down pretty good. On the first night one of the caregivers had a big emergency with her child and the guy who runs it found a substitute who was marvelous. My wife loves her. She was very professional and always on time. She helped tremendously. She did a lot of housework. We did not really hire her for that aspect because she was a home health care aid. She did some care but she also did a lot of house works like changing beds and many others. We were really happy with her.
