They taught me a lot about the care for the client and educated me on how I could make things easier for us. They were always on time and courteous. We got heads-up phone calls. The caregiver gave the client a bath and it was obvious that everybody cared for their patients.

They have the ability to assist her in every area of need in her daily care. They've been very good at working with me as a client. I like that the aides are skilled in their particular area. I don't know if they can do anything about the changing of aides. There seems to be a high turnover rate.

At my age, I don't feel like doing things. I have a hard time reaching up in my closet and she helps out with that. She does the things that I can't do anymore. Right now I only have her once a week. The caregiver is very patient and willing to do whatever needs to be done.

Home Helpers provides special care for my dad and actually cares about him. The caregiver makes sure to say hi and bye to him, and it is beautiful to see her acknowledge him. My dad has been a stroke patient for twelve years, so when a caregiver calls out on short notice I have to show up to help even when I have to go to work. However, Home Helpers always has someone to provide the care and rearranges everything so my dad has a caregiver who has known and cared for him before.

I would have to honestly say that Home Helpers - Atlanta; under the leadership of Michelle was a LIFESAVER for me and my grandmother in our time of need, as my grandmother transitioned back to her home from a nursing care facility where she sought out physical therapy and around the clock care. Michelle and her staff made extra efforts on their part, to ensure that my grandmother recieve the very best in-home, around the clock care that she needed. Her staff was very curtious to me whenever I called, which I really admired. All in all, this company and group of indiviuals definitely deserves a 5 star rating!!!

We feel so blessed to have been referred to Michelle and her agency last year. My elderly mother wasn't well, and had been in a nursing home all summer. The staff there said that mom would never come home again, but Michelle helped to make that possible. She worked with us until we found the right fit, and had her caregivers coming to our home for over a year. Alika is fantastic, and my mom just loved her. She was friendly, kind, compassionate and kind, and quickly became a fixture in our home. She was very well trained and I never had any concerns when she was in our home; Alika was a great help to both my mom and me. Both Michelle and Alika have gone above and beyond, and been willing to help in most any situation.
