After a fall, my mom found herself in a neck brace for 3 months, limiting her mobility and daily activities. We contacted Right At Home, who met with us promptly and together we evaluated what might be most useful. We had a caregiver come in 3 days per week for about 4 hours a day. We are very satisfied with the care mom has gotten. It was especially helpful that Crystal could drive her to run errands from time to time. She was on time, patient, compassionate, and mindful of mom's desire for independence! I would not hesitate to call on Right At Home again.

In my opinion, Right at Home in Tallahassee is the only choice for home health care. The owner is personally involved in selecting every employee who works for their company and she only hires employees of the highest caliber who also have a heart for care giving. Those employees who “make the cut” often commented on what a great company Right at Home is to work for because the owner and staff really care about their employees too! Genuine respect starts at the top and has a trickle down effect and the caregivers who came to our home to care for my mom were always respectful, kind to my mom and me & went the xtra mile to make sure things were done right. On the business side, the staff is extremely competent, efficient and could not have done a better job with handling things for us. They are also very nice and personable and want to do thee very best job for their customers. I cannot say enough great things about this company. I’ve always said you can’t pay people to care but they really do!! It’s who they are and why I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to provide only thee best care for their loved ones.

Right at Home provided caregivers for Mom for a month from 8 am to 8 pm. Mother is now 100 yrs old and has been in need of increased care due to incontinence, bathing, dressing, remembering to take her meds, loss of mobility, difficulty following instructions due to deafness and mild dementia. Right at Home staffing was tops - even when we needed someone in a pinch! The communication was also great - didn't leave me without a knowledgable person to answer my calls. The staff was usually timely & called when delayed. I've been an RN/NP for 45 years and I can say the staff are A+.

The agency provided care to my mom for over a year! My mother learned to love each caregiver. What was especially appreciated by the family was the fact that the same caregiver was with us the entire time short of a few weeks. Equally important that any “out of the norm” requests we made was accommodated. I would highly recommend this agency. I was going out of the county on vacation, and contacted Right-At-Home about checking on my elderly mom while I was gone. It is my understanding that the caretaker arrived at the proper time, assisted my mom with her bath, and spent some time with her. If needed, I will definitely use them again.

Right at home has been a Godsend! My 91 yr old mother insisted on staying in her home alone for years. Finally after being on the wait list for state provided home care assistance my family found Sharon and company. She paired our mother with the most compassionate and personable home care assistant I’ve ever met ( Tamesha )! My mother who previously refused any outside assistance started looking forward to Tamesha’s weekly visits. Which we increased from once a week to twice for her care. This gave our family complete peace of mind and my mother thrived because of the increased interaction. Tamesha assisted with ADLs, meals and some tidying up around the house, etc. Right at home has exceeded our expectations in every way.They have been responsive and flexible in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Sharon or Valerie again.

The caregiver is very positive, and the staffing is great. We have a nursing student who's coming in, and they bill and pay the nurse directly. My Dad and I have positive interactions with staff. They are always ready and willing to provide any support needed for the help he needs at home, including fixing his lunch, encouraging him to drink more fluids, light housekeeping, cleaning his laundry and assist with shower.
