It was adequate. There weren't a lot of expectations. The caregivers could be screened better. They could improve the selection of caregivers. The quality varied.

The caregivers they have sent have been excellent, as well as the communication with Maria, who does the scheduling. I would recommend them because they have been very responsive to our needs, got us into their system quickly and a care team together in a couple of days.

My mother's health took a downward turn and she needed the services. I have nothing to compare them too. I like that when we have a problem, any questions, it is easy to get in touch with the agency. They have been very responsive.

The caregivers helped the most by following through with whatever our instructions would be at that time for the day or night. We had them on all different shifts for different reasons. It always worked out very well. I liked that they sent really good people that were very helpful to my dad. They have really good staff.

We need the caregiver to be consistent. It's hard when we get new caregivers. However, they have addressed this problem for us. They find somebody to perfectly fit the needs of the individual.

There are certain girls who are perfect and timely. They are very thorough in the job we do but it took us a lot of time and lots of not-so-good people to get to them. It was a headache but we worked through it. They are very open and honest with communication.

They were only there once a week, but did a really good job, I was satisfied with how they were willing to help us, they would accommodate to our schedule. I appreciate how the owner went the extra mile to make sure we had a nurse for the client.

The caregiver was very helpful and sweet. They could have done stuff before she got asked to do it. I had to ask her to write down my mom's vital number so I knew what the numbers were for her blood pressure and sugar. If she had communicated that her levels were off that would have been better. My mom's numbers were way off and she didn't communicate that so it made it look like she did not know what she was doing. Apparently, the caregiver was either coming later or leaving earlier. I was there waiting for her but no one communicated that to me. One time I was there and she was on her phone. She didn't get off her phone.

They are taking care of my wife better than anyone. They are smiling and happy at my house. They are willing to take any means that they can to make your life better. I would highly recommend them. I like their personal attention to make sure everything is taken care of. BrightStar has gone above and beyond to make sure we are safe. They test the employees weekly for COVID and I am impressed with them.

It was very disturbing to him at the end of his life for him to be treated that way was horrible. I do not think that they train their employees. They did not treat my husband. There were a few providers that were really good. There were others that were supposed to stay awake all night and then they went to sleep. They also told my husband that he could not walk around or use his cell phone without my permission. They scratched my wood floors by removing the chairs. They got ink on my sofa that won't come out. They came late. They watched movies and kept headphones in their ears.

It is so unbelievably sad. She couldn't speak, but she told me the next day that the CNA mocked her and laughed at her because she misunderstood the situation. They need to improve the quality of their employees when they hire them. The hardest part is weeding out the people.

It was excellent. I have had excellent results with all of the therapists. They helped the most by being patient, kind, caring, and they had by best interests at heart. I like the personality of the people I had and when I started with one person, they kept them. I didn't keep getting different people.

I used them when I needed them and then I got better. If I ever needed them again, I would call them. When I was quite ill, they saw that I stayed hydrated and that I ate. Their aides knew how to cook and do some light housekeeping. They were very pleasant and I found nothing wrong with them at all.

I don't think I was with BrightStar that long, but I didn't find a caregiver that fit my needs. I didn't like the switching of the schedules. I didn't like the payment methods. They charge a fee to use my credit card.

I think they helped out the most primarily due to their personalities and training. They were very helpful to him and to me. They were absolutely wonderful. The women were very well trained. I had some issues when my husband had to go back to the hospital, and it was nice to have someone there.

They are good, but they are not perfect. They could be on time more. My current one doesn't have a problem with it, but there have been problems with that in the past. They could be more motivated. For example, they could find something to do rather than be told what to do.

We knew she was dying, so it helped by having someone there 24/7 to help us live our own lives as well as caring for her. Depending on who you get, the level of care varies drastically. In regards to the one caregiver I had, she was amazing.
