It is the aide that does everything, not the company. They can pay their workers more for what they do. They can have better communication with my mom and her hospice care. Her caretaker is amazing and took time off, but the agency wants me to be the one to call for her. I don't have time to call them. I don't think they treat their workers very well.

I had a full time job as well. The service was excellent. They were prompt in the arrival. The billing system was good. It was just expensive.

She was mostly with us to look after my husband when I needed her to be with him. I only used one girl the whole time, and she left after getting her nurse's degree. They are excellent. Everything was really good. The people they gave me, although some didn't work out, were good.

The provider helped my dad the most by the personal exchange the communication. They helped him with that most of the time and it was not measured in years. The quality of how those nurses would talk to him engage with him and laugh with him and laughed with him. Once we found the right angels, they were absolutely remarkable people. I will never forget them my whole life, they were that good.
