They sent me someone who speaks English and she is helpful. I like that the young lady is very attentive. She is very helpful and puts my mom's needs in front of everything else.

The agency gave me a worker who can help my parents, she gets their breakfast, helps them bathe, tidy up the apartment, and tends to all of their needs. The caregiver is good, she has been with my parents for 6 months and they are happy with her, and I know I can rely on them if I have a question.

They are always available to communicate, with scheduling, and we never had an issue with someone to show up. When there was an issue with one of the employees, the agency did an excellent job of negotiating with the worker. The agency is very responsive and the quality of the workers has been excellent.

The agency has taken care of my mom to make my experience positive. I would recommend them because when we've had nurses in the past and had to change them out, Ricky was super-fast to get it sorted out.

Ricky was incredibly helpful and found someone to sub for my Mom's regular aide with just a single day's notice. He made sure that it would be the same caregiver for the days that my mom needed help and the caregiver was kind and courteous to my mom. She helped with her mobility issues, made meals and cleaned up afterwards. Most importantly, the aide talked with and listened to my mom. Ricky really is invested in providing quality home care and he hires people who feel the same. Ricky followed up after my mom's regular aide came back to ensure that things went well and asked if there was anything they could do to improve in the future.
