We are an employee based company. We take great pride in staying local and family run. We ensure that our caregivers are covered with Workman's compensation as well as liability insurance. All of our care givers get a nationwide background test due to the amount of transients in Florida. We do not utilize in the local sheriff's test as this does not give us enough information on our caregivers. We also ask for 4 references and drug test all employees.
