They help the most by doing the things I can't do like making my bed, cooking, and helping me get my clothes on. The ladies that come here are great! I love that they are great people and do what they have to do.

It is helpful because I don't have to worry about going to the store by myself because I have someone to go with me. They are concerned about me and they understand me.

They provide home health aides that call assist me in living. I like that they are close by and work with me. I am familiar with them and they try to match me with aides that I like.

You can end up with 6 or 7 caregivers in a week. That can be detrimental to someone who has an immune problem. They really don't treat their clients very well. Certain people in the office don't communicate with each other. They are very rude to clients when they call about problems that need to be solved. They don't honor the way that clients want their care to be structured. It is just about who can fill the slot.

We would have liked the aides to be more regular. They are quite responsive, and they are flexible. If we had any issues, they listened to us and took care of it. We never had complaints with the services.

It gives her someone there to talk to. They give her a bath, do her laundry, get her meals together, and provide companionship. They could improve their consistency. When someone gets sick, they need to get another person.

They take a personal interest in my well-being. I had fallen a few times when she was only coming a few times a week, and she requested to come every day to make sure that I am fine. They take care of all my needs. I do not have to ask, and they already have it for me. They are helpful for me.

Home Instead has taken care of my mother daily. They are part of her support team by offering companionship. They are all very sweet to her even when she's moody. They give her showers, help dress her, wash sheets and clothing, do her dishes, and clean her area. They help her with important phone calls. They are punctual or call first. Always checking up on her.

We really appreciate how accommodating management was in helping my Mom find the perfect caregiver. She has been house bound for a year now, and to have someone who she looks forward to seeing, is such a relief for myself & my siblings. Good to know we are not alone in what is becoming a declining journey for our mother. God Bless!

They help her get around. I can count on them. They are cheerful and willing to help. They are mindful of her. I am sick and they can do things I can't. The people who work there seem to really care for my mom.

They help maintain normalcy in the house. They keep my loved one on track and follow through with chores and daily things that she needs to do. I like that I always have coverage, even if someone calls in.

They came in and did the things I needed them to do. They were very reliable if someone that was due to be scheduled, they would always make an effort to find someone else. All of the personnel that I had were wonderful.

It is much better to have someone here than it is to be alone. The services help me in many ways. They help with keeping the apartment clean sine I can't walk. They help give me a bath and feed me. I like that the caregivers give me help and encouragement.

They should have been allowed to do what we wanted them to do. When they vacuumed they weren't allowed to move things and they weren't allowed to move things themselves when they dusted. I had to move it all myself. They can't do what they want them to do. They're not allowed to.

The people that I like are Nancy and Debby because they do more than anybody else. They do what my mom is asking them to do and they are busy doing that. They do meals, clean for my mom, and give good care to her. I would tell a friend that they have to make sure they are finding the right person, not someone that will sit there.

Since I had an injury, there's many things I can't do, like light house cleaning. They do things I can no longer do and get work done. I am glad that they are so pleasant. There's a difference between the office and the people who come in. The caregivers are great. The office could improve in communication.

Everything they do makes my life easier. If I need to go to the store, they go out of their way to take me. If I cannot go, then they go for me. I can trust them with my food stamp card or my money. I trust them, have no worries. I would tell a friend that the company could not get any better because of my experience with them.

They wouldn't show up when they said that they would. The office and caregiver seemed to have terrible communication. They should have people show up when they are supposed to and let me know when they aren't going to show.

The lady that comes goes to the store and mops around the fridge. She cleans the bathroom and changes the bed. I have a problem with the Wednesday caregiver. I ask her to change the linens, but she refuses to unless they're soiled. She doesn't clean the bathroom, either.

The caregivers that I had were nasty to me. I had one aide that scrubbed me like I was a piece of sandpaper. The other aide that I liked got in trouble because they picked me up before she was supposed to get me for that day. With one aide, it was excellent, but the way that they fired my aide was unacceptable. It was not fair that they fired her.
