They helped her, essentially, get to the bathroom and then back to bed. They provided the services they said they would provide.

They get him his shower and get him his breakfast. They seem to be happy to be here and the patient liked him. They did little things that they did not have to do, which was good.

They get someone in here that is actually doing what she is supposed to be doing. It is working out better now. It wasn't working out as well the first couple of times.

While my mother was in the hospital, I didn't want to leave my dad at home alone. It allowed me to stay at the hospital with my mom and have peace of mind someone was home with my dad. I thought they were very responsive and good at communicating.

My mother needed a companion so that the rest of us could get back to our usual work schedule, but it still required a lot of our time. The caregiver we had was reluctant to encourage my mother to take the medications she needed if we weren't around. Her medicines got messed up on occasion. It felt like we were paying a lot for very little service.

They care for my mother so we do not have to. They give us time to live our lives while they take care of her. They have improved with their communication. They listen to us when we have concerns.

We have a live-in that is a companion to her. She takes care of all her needs. She interacts with her and keeps her active. They make sure you are well informed. They send out education blurbs about things that are going on with COVID-19 or dementia. They provide good caregivers that they stay in contact with.

Both of my parents have dementia. My dad has become completely non ambulatory. There is no way my mother could do this on her own. They help clean him up, get him up in the morning and get him in bed at night. I like that it's small and local. I love the caregivers and that they've been wonderful and they go above and beyond.

I know that there is somebody with them 24 hours a day for anything that comes up. We have had some instances where things have happened and it is good that someone is there to get them through it. I like the aides and their ability to deal with my mother and father. They are really good and it is working out great.

Some of the caregivers are weaker than others. You can tell some people are called to do it while others are just there for the income. I think they have overall good care and they can be trusted.

They were always available. When you are going through an emotional time like that, you need someone to be there for you and they were always there and you never felt like you were rushed off a conversation. They always went the extra mile. I like the personal care they give.

My father in law received the service in his home. They did what he needed done. For us, it was an ease on our minds. We live far away from him, so just knowing that good people were there to keep an eye on him was great. My husband was the one who set this up and he found them to be very responsive and informative and professional and organized. They were really clear about what they were offering and how it works. They were also really flexible.

It was very helpful for me. My husband needed to be watched so that he wouldn't wander off, and they followed at a discreet distance for him. I would've used them for additional work, but they could not provide male aides. The few times we used them, they were fine.

They could have the training I already mentioned, and the aides needed to follow my sister, who has mental disabilities, more closely. That would have improved things dramatically. When there is a change in the home aide, the new one needs to be trained. They told us that the new one would be trained by the old one, but that generally did not happen.

They could have a greater impact. Some of the caregivers that come are just a little bit lacking. They don't do as well at doing the things that my mother asks them to do. I like the agency because they do what they are supposed to do. They have done well at assisting the client and have given peace of mind to the family living in the house.

They have freed the our time, so us children don't have to be there all of the time in the house and can go about our daily life. Whatever I request, the caregivers to do. They will see that it is taken care of, relay information back to me, and suggest what can be done with my mom's care, such what kind of bathroom seat is used. They try to provide consistency for her care since my mom has dementia and she gets confused with different people. One of my requests was to keep the person the same throughout the week. When someone can't make it, they try to ask for the consistent fill-in so she still recognizes the caregiver.

It makes our life much happier. My wife is very content, and it makes it a lot easier to have a woman's touch here when I can't do that. It makes things a lot easier. We have a wonderful caregiver that they sent. She is excellent, and everyone should get one like her.

It's a big inconvenience. They rescheduled because somebody went on vacation. We'll see if I stick with them. The person who's coming this week is the fourth person that I've had to come clean. I've had to start at square one with this fourth person. There's something wrong with their billing. I have to play phone tag to find somebody to get them to respond. There's something wrong with their system.

They are very patient with the one receiving care, and they help me the most by taking my place. A positive experience we have at the moment is we have to have a good care taker. We happen to have some good ones, and they interact with the people they are caring for.
