I am extremely pleased of the services that the new owners CareFinders Total Care are providing my mother. There is more organization in the office when I call for assistance. They immediately follow up with us and that goes a long way.

I believe that when someone does an exceptional job, they should be recognized for doing so. Monique has been my mother-in-law’s caregiver for several weeks now and from day one, my mother-in-law took to her and they became friends quickly. Monique was very proactive and creative in making sure that each day she spent with my mother-in-law, it was a day of enjoyment. Monique also was very in tune to what her wants and needs were on any given day and made sure they were met. Today we moved my mother-in-law into assisted living and Monique was key in making the transition for my mother-in-law an easy one. My husband and I will be forever grateful for the joy and friendship she openly gave to my mother-in-law and for helping us through a very difficult transition to assisted living. Monique is a very smart, loving, fun, hardworking individual and Sovereign is very fortunate to have her in their employ.

Working with Sovereign Home Health has been a wonderful experience. From the scheduling to the personal care and the follow up we have felt like we are the only client. This is a hands on agency that delights in making sure all details are taken care of quickly and professionally. They listened to my mom and were careful to respect and respond to her needs. After major back surgery I was flat on my back counting on someone to help me up, feed me, bring me my medication, etc. The Helper I hired [from another source] went home on the third day to get her mail and never returned. Her Mother fell and she had to take care of her. I was beside myself. My sister works at [a local assisted living facility] and hooked up with a woman from Sovereign and I had Amal the next day. Amal came in and went right to work. Then she asked me what I wanted for breakfast. She listened to everything I asked and made me a fabulous meal. She fed the dogs and cats… The next day she let herself in and went on with the routine. She was fun to talk to and sometimes I would ask her to keep me company. Amal was my companion for two weeks… I wish I could have kept her longer I truly miss her company.

We like the fact that we were given 2 great aides for Dad. He has gotten to know them and appreciates their help. We are extremely satisfied and definitely recommend Sovereign Home Health to family and friends.

We are very satisfied with Sovereign. We have an excellent aide who you can tell cares deeply for our Dad. She even calls on weekends to see how he is doing. Especially if he’s been ill or has gone to see a doctor on her days off. We did have some issues with an aide but Sovereign listened and immediately took care of it. Our second aide is also wonderful with our Dad. They take good care of him. I also like that Rhoda pops in to see how everyone is doing. They also call us occasionally to see if we have any concerns and to see if we are satisfied.

I would highly recommend to you Sovereign Home Health. Working with Sovereign Home Health during a very stressful time in my life was both a life line and a calming experience. Finding suitable home health aides is sometimes a daunting task. I found Mark and Rhoda to be wonderful and helpful. Both went above and beyond the parameters of their jobs. They both provided great peace of mind. Mark was available each time I needed him and provided much support. I am also very pleased with the aides they provided. They were prompt to work and took good care of my friend. They answered my questions and contacted me as needed and supported me during their time with my friend, even when my friend was not the easiest to work with.

Fabian has been with us since day one. She is a very caring and compassionate person. She has engaged with Dad in activities and doesn’t just let him sit in his chair all day. If there aren’t any activities going on she will bring him to the fireplace or sunroom. We now have your new aide working with us as well and she is a caring a compassionate person. You can tell they both care about our Dad. They both are excited about his progress. He gets out of his chair with a little assistance and is able to walk the hall. Our Dad is much calmer and happier. They both keep in touch with me daily. We feel very comfortable leaving him in their hands.
