I have been using Alpine PT Home Care for six months now. They're very informal, but helpful people. They're very intelligent and well trained. My physical therapist is fun to work with, and she's helpful and patient. The people working at the agency are polite, cheerful, and helpful. You will find them courteous, intelligent, and well-trained.

My husband used Alpine PT Home Care's services after his back surgery, so that's how I was familiar with them. Then when I fell and broke my shoulder and I needed to have physical therapy after I started to recover, I naturally went to them because we were very pleased with their facilities and their physical therapists. They have just released me because I've used up all my sessions. I've never broken anything and never needed physical therapy for any reason, so this was a new experience for me. They knew what they were doing and how to do it. They're very caring and they wanted me to get well enough to get back to normal. It went very smoothly, and I appreciated the care that I got from them. The physical therapist was wonderful. My husband doesn't drive, and I wasn't able to drive with a broken shoulder, so she came to the house. I had in-home physical therapy for the first several weeks, which was wonderful because they wanted to get me started right away, and she was willing to come and do that. So that was wonderful. She was always on time. She would call ahead of time and say, 'I'm on my way. It'll be 20 minutes.' She brought her own table for some of the exercises I needed to be lying on her equipment, so she could do what she needed to do. Whatever she needed for me to do, she brought with her, which was really helpful because I didn't have anything here. She was always prepared, and it was a blessing. If we ever need physical therapy again, that is definitely the place that we will call because we were pleased with all of our experience with them.

I used Alpine PT Home Care just for three weeks while I was recovering from surgery. My therapist was both gentle and firm. He was very encouraging. I appreciated the fact that he was willing to go out and walk short distances and then longer distances slowly. That was a big part of it. I appreciated his inventiveness of coming up with ways of helping me to find my balance again and really move forward in my recovery. He was always on time. I was the one that had time on my hands, so whenever he said, 'Is this time, OK?' I was like, 'Sure, that's fine.' The staff at the office was prompt in communication. They were explicit about what needed to be done. They were very cooperative. I was trying to get out of a nursing home that was a bad, bad situation, and they were very helpful in springing me from that hell. It's a wonderful thing that one does not have to go to a facility in order to be able to get physical therapy.

I have been using Alpine PT Home Care for over a year now. I love my physical therapist very much. She did me a lot of good. At one time, another lady worked for them that I liked really well, but the physical therapist that comes to my house is great. She has a very good personality. She is funny, she is hardworking, and she just does everything right. I probably do exercises three or four times a week like standing in the kitchen at the sink and doing a lot of leg exercises and doing quite a few arm exercises. It is really nice. The agency interacts with me pretty well. I got all the information that I needed from my physical therapist. I don't think she would have worked for them if they weren't good. She loves her job. She is also always on time.

I had used Alpine PT Home Care for a long time when I had my knees and shoulder done. This time, they had somebody come out after my hip surgery. It was shortly after I came home the second day that I started Alpine PT come in. It was fabulous. The therapist they sent out was absolutely fantastic. He told me what I needed to do, he had me practice it, and when I was hurting or something, he listened, and he wasn't pushy. He was really, really good. He had a great personality. The services they provided were therapy and what I had to do like no bending, keeping your toes forward, learning to rebalance, starting with the walker, and then the cane, and exercises to strengthen the muscles and to make sure I kept the hips at 90 degrees. He was always on time, and if he wasn't sure of the time (e.g., he would say he would be here at 2:00 but it might be 2:15), that was perfectly fine with me because I never had to wait. They are just absolutely very caring, and they do everything they have to. If you weren't quite ready for them to be done, they could stay longer and they would take another time or two. They are great and I highly recommend them because they are reliable and they listen to your concerns.

I broke my leg in July and I was ready for physical therapy the end of September, so somewhere around the end of September I started using Alpine PT Home Care. They're just superior. They're excellent. The physician assistant had said that I could not get physical therapy in my home and because of COVID, I didn't want to come into their physical therapy room, which is like a gym with a bunch of people in it. So, Alpine advocated for me. They were able to get the doctor to go ahead and approve for me to get physical therapy at home, which worked out way better because I don't drive and my husband works, so I couldn't have him taking off constantly to drive me three times a week up to the orthopedics place. So, that was really good. I'm receiving physical therapy to be able to walk again. The therapist is very professional, quiet, friendly, and calming. It is always easy to schedule, and she is always on time. Everybody who ever answered the phone was very helpful, sympathetic, friendly, and kind. They couldn't be better.

I have been using Alpine PT Home Care for three weeks now after my surgery. They're excellent. I've had quite a few surgeries, and more than the other places, they really work with you and really, really try to get you moving rather than just coming in for half an hour and saying "walk" type thing. They make you do a lot of things to get you going. The therapist is very knowledgeable. He has worked in a number of different places after talking to him. He really knows what exercises and what things to do at one point from the beginning to the third week and had me using a lot of different mode of strength to get my strength back. He is very flexible, and he has told me when he was going to be here the next day. He gave me a half an hour window and always showed up on time. I've had seven surgeries and I've had home care for five of those and I feel like they really worked with me versus all the places.

I used Alpine PT Homecare at two different occasions. The first one, I had spine surgery, and John was my physical therapist. Then in August, I had a right knee replacement and Emily was the physical therapist, but I don't have her anymore because I'm in outpatient physical therapy again. My overall experience with them was very good. They took their time to show me what to do and watched me do it and helped me if I needed help. With John, it was more spine than anything else. No twisting, no lifting and no turning. I couldn't do that, but I could do anything else he asked me to do. He had me lay on the couch and bend my knees way up and do lifts. That was mostly what he taught me. Then I have a bicycle, not an exercise bike, but just the pedals that you pedal around and stuff. He had me do that for 10 minutes every time he came, so that was helpful. Then with Emily, it was mostly my knee that she was exercising because they didn't exercise it at all in the hospital. John was very sociable, and we talked while we were working and stuff like that. Emily was not as sociable, but it's OK for her personality. She wasn't as talkative as John was, but she's not as old as John either. John and I had a lot of things in common because we're closer to the same age. Emily was very good. I didn't have any problem with Emily. They would schedule appointments as far as what they could do. John always came at 9 or 10 in the morning and Emily came a little bit later, and that was fine. They asked me what time I would like, so that was very positive.

Alpine PT Home Care started coming to the home when I had hip replaced in June. It's wonderful. I was kind of nervous because I wasn't sure how it would work and how effective would it be that soon after surgery. They came into the home, they were able to see for the first time how I got around and how I lived, and I think that's one of the reasons I recovered so fast, and I was able to use my hip so much. They came for a total of six or seven visits, and it was like every two or three days for the first two-and-a-half weeks. The therapist was always on time, always extremely pleasant and was careful to talk to my caregivers. I had my niece come down to help me (from Boise), and the therapist was really careful to include her, so she would know what I was supposed to be doing, too. What I really liked was that the therapist came prepared to do a number of things. When we try something and it might not work or I didn't feel secure on a piece of equipment, the therapist was able to switch. She didn't come with preconceived notions and make me do what she thought I should do. It was kind of collaborative, and it was really nice not to be told what to do but asked how I felt about doing this and then help to do what I want to do. The people in the office have communicated with me fine. They called me before the surgery and let me know when to expect my therapist come for the first visit. They made sure my husband knew when to expect the therapist's first visit. Then, the day before, they called and reminded us again, so there was excellent communication.

We started with Alpine PT Home Care in June. My mom had a fall, and she had been in rehab for the month of May, and then we worked with Alpine based on recommendations from her primary care doctor. She had a compression fracture in her back, so we had physical therapy at home to help her kind of be careful using her back and be more secure on her feet and all those kinds of things, and that's mostly what we had done. We had a nurse that came at the beginning just to come and sort of check on her vital signs and check out how things were for her in the house, and she was wonderful. Both the PT and the nurse were great. Scheduling was easy. We just scheduled with the physical therapist around the convenience for both my mom and her. It's been billed through Medicare, so we've never been billed. They've been phenomenal. However, I think that they could have checked in more often to see how things were going themselves. They didn't really call to see if we wanted to do additional therapies that would be at home. They didn't do that kind of follow-up. I felt like they were always responsive to me, but I think they don't have as many practitioners yet. Their employees were wonderful, and the care that my mom got couldn't have been better.

I'm working with Alpine PT Home Care for maybe a year and a half now. They're very good. Excellent. First of all, it worked. I had trouble with a shoulder, and it was really bothering me. The PT came and showed me what I should be doing, how I should be doing it, and it was really pretty easy, pretty quick and pretty successful. The PT was very outgoing, very positive, very knowledgeable, and well spoken. I think Alpine PT is very professional and competent, and they explained things very thoroughly.

I've been using Alpine PT Home Care for 20 years plus, but it is just this year that I use the home health care. They came and checked me out. We went over exercises, we went over status and how I was feeling, and if I needed any changes or what kind of extra things I needed help with. The therapist was very upbeat, very friendly, very caring and listened very carefully to anything that I had questions about. She asked questions, kind of guide me in case I was forgetting to ask about something. She was a very, very upbeat, friendly person. She's a very nice lady. They're really trustworthy and responsible. They pay attention to detail and they're right there for you to help anything extra that comes along. If they can't do it, they'll help you figure it out. They're just very supportive. They're wonderful people.

We used Alpine PT Home Care. Everything was great. They were great. We're happy with them. We wish they could come back. The caregiver is a good friend with Leslie. She is a good friend with the dog. It was just beautiful. They did stretches, and they walked up and down the stairs. Everything was fine. They're very kind and very knowledgeable. It's a very good experience. They're always on time.
