They can spend more time with the patient. I felt a little rushed with the therapy session. I don't know if that was her intention, but it seemed that way. I don't feel like they spend enough time with the patient. I had hip replacement surgery and they were in and out in 30 minutes.

The person that's coming from BrightStar Care is very good. We've had no problem in communicating with the agency, and we're always able to call in and speak to someone if we have to. We have a caregiver that comes out four times a week. She takes walks with my wife, she exercises with her, she provides meals, and helps out around the house. Those are the basic services that she provides for us. They're a very good agency, but the drawback is that they're very expensive just like all the other agencies.

They can not live by themselves anymore and my dad was getting up every night and getting lost on his way to the bathroom. They give him his medicine consistently. They keep the house clean. They wash sheets and dishes. They feed them and clean them. I like most of the caregivers very much. They are nice, kind, responsible, communicative. They stay in touch with us. The people that work there are very nice and responsive.

I would tell a friend that I have had good experiences with the caregivers from BrightStar Care because they are able to meet needs. The caregivers make sure that I am cared for. If I need something or if something needs to be done, the caregivers will do it.
