I think it was just the situation itself, the medications were a big part where there was an oversight and it was a bit challenging for the caregivers. I think they were attentive and accommodating to the circumstances of the situation with Carol.

Our caregiver gets her food all the time or any drinks she wants. She walks her around the house and puts her in her wheelchair. She seems very attentive to whatever Caren is asking for. It is a big help for me, it gives me a little more freedom. The caregiver that we have does a great job.

My experience has been positive because they do everything I ask them to do. They put my walker in my car and take it out for me. They also prepare my meals and walk beside me when I go somewhere in case I need help. They do the laundry, and they'll sometimes go to the grocery store for us. I like this agency because I've been with them for over three years now, and I would give them a 10. I have recommended them. My recommendations speak for itself.

We're fortunate in that my mom is a retired nurse, so she's very knowledgeable. She had wanted a special ace wrap, they ordered it for her. Little things like that will always be super important. I was given their personal phone number, and whenever I had an issue or a request, they always answered and were responsive.

Arosa is dealing with a very difficult person, I know they are doing the very best they can in an impossible situation. She's not in a great condition, so they are doing a great job with her. They have been there to check in on the client, which she doesn't love but it's good and needed. I was caring for her five years, and it just was so hard on me psychologically. I know that Arosa being at the facility would help get the care she needed.
