Major Issues: 1) More than one Contract Breech 2) Bad Billing Practice 3) Not concerned for there clients concerns 4) Tried an increase of price with out notifying the family by writing. 5) Not professional in handling their employee's. This all happened in less then a year.

This company took away my mother's caregiver for 9 months with no explanation. My mother is devastated and we will not be continuing with them. They don't care about my mother's well-being. Billing methods were haphazard and unprofessional
