We're using Quality In-Home Care Specialists for my mom. The service is OK, but they don't call me when they're switching people or when people don't show up. They have employees that they only pay minimum wage -- or $12 an hour -- so a lot of the workers don't do a very good job. The ones that do it because their hearts are in it do better. I used a dozen people from them and I only liked Chantal. I told them that if they take her from me, I'm cancelling. I've been using them for a long time. She feeds him, she doesn't make me cook the food, she doesn't sit here and take my time, she helps to clean him when he makes a mess, wipes him down, takes care of any sores, and she entertains him and talks with him. She will do the dishes and things if I ask, and helps fill out paperwork that has to do with nursing. They're easy to get along with and easy to talk to. If you get the right person, it's worth it.

I am a previous client of Quality In-Home Care and they have been more than phenomenal to my grandfather and family. We had gone through 3 other agencies before QIHC and wished we would have found them first. They have continuously gone out of their way to make sure my grandpa was comfortable and happy through his time of passing. We cannot thank you QIHC.

My husband was interviewed by the gentleman from Quality In-Home, and he was assessed on what we needed and we just seemed to fit. The caregiver is wonderful and pleasant to be around, and we just love her. She will do just anything that we need as far as helping with the house, aiding my husband, and things like that. I’m really impressed with her service. She gets here on time, and she kind of takes the initiative and sees what needs to be done.

I'm very happy with Quality In-Home Care Specialists and with the way they are doing things. The caregiver gets in and gets her work done and I'm very pleased with the work that she has been doing. I was able to go into their office and the staff all seemed very nice. They have 24-hour assistance if you needed. Overall, it worked out just fine.

Quality In-Home Care Specialist is the agency that we are using right now. The caregiver is great. My sister is very much comfortable with her. She is very compassionate, she's got a sense of humor, and she provides really good care.

I would like to recommend the services of Quality In-Home Care. There services were recomended to me by my Hospice worker. They knew exactly what needed to be done from the first time I met with the coordinator throughout my husbands illness. I don't know what I would have done without them
