My parents really like the caregiver they have and if they could have him every day, it would be easier. They need to have the same caregiver come every day.

They take my mom out to do things, and she seems to enjoy it, but it hasn't been as effective in increasing her quality of life as I had hoped. I like that they give me good information before and after visits. They have good communication.

The services were helpful because I knew my uncle was in good hands. They were very flexible and understanding. Overall, they did great. I would recommend Arosa because they were easy to get a hold of, and I never had any issues. If I had questions, they were available.

I needed help, but the help I need is not really for a "caregiver", the help I need is more so for the accidents of daily life, such as plumbing, the car going out, and taxes. I have already recommended it to friends. I have a regular caregiver and two substitutes. All have been exceptional by their intelligence, and their care for the person they are with, I am friends with one of them.
