My mother’s illness took us by surprise and it was a difficult and emotional time. We were told by the doctor that her dementia would worsen, and she would need assistance with many aspects of her daily life. The caregiver we hired through Rose’s Agency Home Care has become someone my mother can depend on. Clementine is a caregiver and companion to my mother, and she has made my mother’s life much easier. Additionally, Gary has been an effective communicator and is always easy to reach. I would absolutely recommend this agency; they’ve helped my mother heal physically and emotionally.

The caregivers are excellent. I think that keeping my wife alive and well is the most important thing. They're very good. They have excellent employees.

They come and give my mom a bath. My mom can't do it herself. She is older, and I am a man, so I am not qualified to do that for her. They were good people, and they handled their business professionally.

I think just having a little better quality of care would be nice. They need more skilled care other than being a companion. It depends on what kind of care the client needs. I would like them to improve the quality of caregivers.

I was able to do what I needed to do that weekend. It made it easier on me that I didn't have to take care of my mom. They were there on time. My mother didn't complain about anything. They stayed longer than I needed them to stay.

They've done the best they can. They have been reliable, attentive, and available. They have good people available to cover shifts when we have needed them. They have been very responsive, and the home care workers have been quite satisfactory.

They could give us a caregiver who can spend more time here. I like working with one person in particular. I've got a good rapport with him. He helps us get better caregivers. We need more time with our caregiver.

They're here and they help with clothing, cleaning, washing, and medication. They just care. They're really professional. They're caring and know exactly what to do and what to expect from the patient.

They have helped me the most by being available and understanding what I need and how often or how little. They are understanding in that way. Their people are really good. I have been with other agencies before and I was so disappointed. I wish I would have known about them from the beginning. They are really helpful and I totally trust them.

The caregiver gives day to day help and is outstanding, so it changes my loved one's life. If we need help or have a question, they immediately respond or fix the problem.

They could send more trained people to be the caregivers. They could send better qualified people. The main thing is that they don't send good people that fill my needs in any way.

They can send people out almost any hour or day because they have a large group of people and are easy to work with. We couldn't survive without the services. My loved one needs constant care, and I work full-time, so it is difficult to take care of them myself.
