Based on these great reviews, I took a chance with this company. One of the most difficult decisions I have ever made was using this type of service for my mom, who has rapidly fallen to poor health. I called and spoke to the director and discussed my mom's situation, namely that she has become very weak and frail, and that she tends to fall more frequently.
