The coordinator is helpful with communicating because I have to talk to them. There have been a few times that the caregivers did not fit.

I guess if more caregivers had a vehicles, that would be helpful. I just think it's incredibly expensive. It is pricier than other care facilities.

They sent caregivers who help me with my medical care and feeding me. I like that they are always on time and do good work.

They send an excellent caregiver and made it easy for me to communicate with them. The agency is very easy to deal with. They communicate via telephone and email.

They couldn't make it any easier. I am satisfied, but there was just too many phone calls at first, such as checking things that I had already cleared with my caregiver. They would always call before my caregiver was here, and that was irritating for them to check and see if I needed something all the time. I was getting a lot of phone calls from the office, and I did not like that. I would rather talk to the caregiver herself. Other than that, everything seems to be pretty good.

My loved one has dementia. The caregiver is great and helps me out. I like how they are local. I had great service from both the person who comes to the house and who oversees it. They have been responsive about everything.

The home care provider that we have does everything for my wife, which allows me to do the things that I want to do while the caregiver is here. It allows me to do something other than take care of my wife. They do everything well.

They are smart. She knows what she is doing and thinks about what she is doing. I've had some good people that were sent to me.

It helps my loved one to do their regular walks and things that they need done around the house. I like the person who is helping with my loved one.

They freed up some time for me, and they help give suggestions to help her. We have worked with a couple different caregivers, and they have all been very good.

They let him maintain his status as the head of household. The communication is very good. The care is very humanistic. They participate in his routine.

They are here, and they listen to me. They know what we need and offer it when we need it. I like their office staff because I'm a very picky person. I always want to know who is coming. I want to be able to say yes or no to them. They are very good at working with me and my requests.

With the service, she is a lot more conformable and sociable. She gets good exercise. We have been with them for some time, and there is a certain amount of concern on the part of the people in the office.

They care for my loved one and their condition. The agency has two offices. All of the billing is done by one of the offices, and there have been problems getting things done the way they should be done. The local office just keeps track of the schedule, and I am in charge of the caregivers and have to educate them since the office does not send anyone check up on them or train them.

I would tell someone that Home Care Assistance was very accommodating to the type of caregiver that we wanted, we had specific requirements and they met those requirements. Home Care Assistance made our life easier because the caregivers that we kept became part of the family and were able to take care of my husband.
