I'm relieved that I don't have to worry about him all the time. They communicate with me about everything that is going on. I like that they keep me apprised of what is happening and they are responsive to my calls.

All of the extra little things helped the most. They would bake her cookies. The wonder of the agency was terrific and they had great staff. There was a pool of great people to choose from.

They do their best to meet your needs and they are very communicative; I have always reached someone if I ever made a phone call to them, and they care about their clients. They do their best to meet your needs, the quality of their caregivers is really good, and they work to make a perfect match.

There were times I would schedule Brightstar so I could go to doctor appointments. They were amazing and here when we needed them desperately. They have helped us in many ways, and he felt very comfortable. They were very quick with responding and are accommodating with their schedules. If we need rearranging, there is good communication with the people in the office. I felt very comfortable, and they made us feel that the safety would be there. My daughter and Larry felt the same way.

They gave us ease of scheduling. I like that they have a nurse that over sees the other caregivers and gives them details about the patients.

Nothing to do with the agency. He needs his care. They make sure I have care when I need it. We have the same two caregivers, and they are great.
