They help with preparing some of our meals and some things around the house like tidying things. They check on my pills and help me get them each week. My wife has passed out 5 times but has come back from the hospital in good shape. The caregivers have helped with that in some cases. They are uniquely qualified to do what they are doing. They are well prepared to do their jobs. The caregivers blend in with our family very much and help and assist us. If we get up, they get up and help us to get where we are going without falling. They are very friendly. For the time we have had them, and the same ones, they are good matches.

I like that the caregiver help with bathing her and puts lotion on her. She changes her dressing on her legs. She helps with dinner preparation and any clean up. All that is helpful. So far it's good. I have not had many problems so far.

Our caregiver has been exceptional. Having her here frees me up so I can have some time for myself. It improves my relationship with my husband. It's been good so far. They do what they say they are going to do. The caregivers have been knowledgeable and experienced.

I wasn't here when they were here, but they didn't do any cleaning and there was a lack of communication. We went through 4 or 5 people. They could improve their communication. They don't quite do everything they say they are going to.

They are easy to get ahold of, they are on top of everything, and the people they recommend are excellent fits. The owner was wonderful and came out and met us, she got familiar with my dad and learned what he likes, etc. The first person they chose was a perfect fit.

Visiting Angels has been more than willing to change the caregiver when we got one that is not a good fit for my mom, and I appreciated that. Now we have someone that is working out very well. I really like when you need to reschedule or schedule, they are very easy to work with.
