They help him recover and let him be home from the hospital. They have been very good to us.

I hate to admit it, but the provider helps me an awful lot. I would recommend this agency because they are always prompt and pleasant.

The agency has had someone here to make my experience positive. I would recommend them because the girl that I have is very good, and I do need her help.

I wrote a care plan for her and sent a copy to them. I showed the girls, and they're doing well with it. The agency is really good at working with you. They sent her a birthday card and check in to see how the caregivers are doing. They're good with their follow through.

They have eased my mind to help the wellbeing of my parents. They could get more people available to help me recommend them more.

They've helped the most because we have one of the best caregivers. I like that they are very down to earth, a lot of humanity, great at following through, and communication.

They get good quality people to help. I've had my girl for 1.5 years. They always check in to make sure everything is alright. The girl I've had has been very good and contentious, she is very nice, and I get everything I need done.

They didn't really help me. We got them, so I would have some free time, but it didn't work out that way. For example, I would hand her something, and she would just hand it to my mom. She didn't really work. It seemed too expensive for that. I would have recommended them more if the caregiver did more work. She sort of just sat around the house. She was very nice, though! She was more of a companion, and my mom didn't want that.

They have sent us lovey caregivers, and we can depend on them to give us peace of mind. All the caregivers are very caring and patient. My dad really likes them.

They help because she is not very mobile. I would recommend them because they are very communicative with issues going on.

Some of the caregivers are not as attentive or proactive in their care. Some of the caregivers are excellent, and then there are some that are not so excellent. There doesn't seem to be an in-between.

My caregiver takes me to my doctors' appointments and makes me breakfast. If my caregiver can't come, they need to have a fill in. They need more workers.

We've had a difficult time, but things are starting to mellow out a little bit. I think it's the staff that has canceled on us many times and that has been difficult. I don't think it's their fault but it would be nice if they got staff that was willing to come on a regular basis. It seems the weekend is the hardest to cover. I don't think it's their fault, but stability of the caregivers.

It is really important to have services. They have helped him the most with daily cleaning. They could improve with finding people. They could screen and train the caregivers better, so there is less turnover.
