My husband is in week 3 of recovery from a full knee replacement. Around The Clock home health services wasted no time getting us set up with their program and from the RN to LVN to physical therapist we couldn’t be more impressed with their dedication and professionalism!! Nya in particular, the physical therapist, has been a rock star!!! Thank you Nya.

The care that Around the Clock Care provides for my mother is fine. They're expensive, but we just do one four-hour shift a day and we fill in. They provide personal assistance, like they will help with bathing and using the bathroom. They do pretty much everything, but it's not cheap. The Around the Clock agency is fine, we just can't afford more than four hours and the minimum is a four-hour shift, which is fine.

Almost every communication I had with this company, they did not know their schedule and could tell me when someone would come, but then they either didn't come or didn't call first or they called an hour before they were supposed to come and expected me to be available without giving me enough time. They will refute this as they have everytime I have called to complain about them. Also, 2 of them showed up, one of which left after ringing the doorbell once, and when she came back she was indignant stating I was yelling at her. So I asked her to leave. I depended upon these "nurses" as I live alone, have a dog to take care of, am recovering from bronchitis which I've had about 2 months, and one nurse did not know what I had in terms of illness. I also live way far out on 178-E. The one I asked to leave upset me so very much. So then they are going to say I have anxiety. I was counting on good nursing skills. I'm not saying they didn't take my temp, bp and pulse. I'm saying they are not in any way the professional nursing company that everyone says they are. So I complained to some man supervisor there about the girl who said I was yelling at her. In the first place, she set the pace for my next 2 weeks I was so mad., And then to boot, this manager did not take my side at all, and in fact said I was yelling at him so he could understand I yelled at the other girl. How unprofessional. I was so frustrated, and why wouldn't I be? Now today I had been told to expect I think they said either a call or visit between 10-2. So I waited during that period of time and no show again. What I have done mostly for this company is wait, wait, wait. For calls, for visits, for them to get it together with their schedule. And the male manager should have called me back. I do not yell at ANYONE for no reason. Some of the people in this town will prevent me from getting the service I need because THEY PERCEIVE that I am yelling. I am hard of hearing and do try VERY HARD to hear, to speak with clarity and understanding and most of all to ENUNCIATE my words. Why? Because I myself am about 50% deaf and wear hearing aids. And I'm sick and tired of always being the guilty fall guy, the scapegoat or whatever and not getting the help or service that I need because I am perceived as yelling. As a matter of fact, these employees are just WAITING for something to complain about!!!! And to cut me off from service and from being understood. These people are just WAITING for an excuse to blame someone else for their lack of compassion, and unprofessional attitude.

Around the Clock has provided wonderful and compassionate services to my father in his time of need. Their nurses, therapists and caregivers are top notch. Always helpful and caring. Their staff are timely and have been extremely responsive to our needs.

Round the clock care provided a young female home health aide "APPLE". on her first day she appeared very caring and offered to adjust all my sister-in-laws medication. She stated that she was trained in medication, and gave us her phone number to keep us posted. On the third day she was texting myself and my wife all day while we were working. When i returned home i checked the medication as i always do, and noticed that 60 controlled pain medication was missing. When i called her to let her know she was terrified stating that her finger prints were all over every bottle but she didn't take them. When i called to complain they Round the Clock staff were rude and dismissing. I asked to speak to a supervisor they never returned my call. When i called back they just asked if i wanted someone else to come into my home, when i stated no, they became aggressively rude. I will never allow any home health agency into my home. They have ruined the experience for me. Unprofessional, and criminal rating for Round the clock.

On both occasions I used their service, the caregivers either left minimal or no notes while visiting my elderly parents (no eating, sleeping or bathroom data). After the first visit, I contacted a supervisor at Around the Clock and asked specifically that the caregivers leave notes on eating, sleeping patterns, etc. Instead of improving, on the 2nd visit I only received notes from 1 of 3 caregivers...I paid for 16 hours of caregiving for people who may or may not have even showed up for all I know. Their medical staff is also hit and miss. On my father's post-hospital rehab, one of the 3 nurses missed appts at the house repeatedly...only making 1 of 5 scheduled appointments. After this, I contacted Around the Clock and asked them to send out a more reliable nurse. In the 5 weeks that have passed since, we have received 1 visit from a nurse...nobody makes their scheduled appointments. Is this the care you want for your elderly parents??

Around the Clock Care was great. The caregivers did a good job helping Dad take his medication, making sure he ate, and making sure he didn’t fall. They were all good people.

We hire Around the Clock Care, and we are very happy with them. We have several caregivers. We have occupational therapist, a physical therapist, and nurses. Literally, we have 7 or 8 different people come here. They are very attentive. Everybody has been really nice. I have not had any issue with any of them.
