    Have had problems with a caretaker and a manager creating drama and unease in the household. A lot of lying and laziness as well.

    When she got really ill and wasn't able to do things for herself, this really helped. I like that they text me all the time. I love all that communication. They let me know right away if there are any changes. My mother is old school, and they have a new system on the phone, but they let her sign off on a time card on paper so she is more comfortable with it. Digital things are stressful to her.

    I take care of my mom a lot. I do everything for her, but I only get paid for 38 hours. They could send different people. They could recognize the work of the employees.

    They have to account for his medication, bathing, and getting him to his appointments. The caregiver is responsible for getting him to do those things. It's a daily reminder of what we need to do. They are very much in touch with what is going on. They know who you are.

    There were instances with no calls and no shows. We would call the office and they would say that they were just about to call me. Each time it happened, they would tell us that same thing. There wasn't good communication.

    They supply a very helpful caregiver that I can trust and depend upon. My own personal experience has been good. I have a good caregiver, and anytime I call SYNERGY HomeCare about anything they are helpful and nice.

    I get to go to work and do not have to worry. I would like them to improve their demeanor. They are combative and stand offish when we call. The people in the office are on the defensive when we call.

    They were attentive to my mother's needs, and if I requested something in particular, the would give it. If she was crying, they would sit there and hold her hand and comfort her. They provided good workers. My mom had one consistent worker. If they can keep a caregiver for 6 years, that is a good company. They are reasonable and you can talk them if you have any issues.

    I could have done without them. They needed to be more prepared to go to work. The service the ladies gave me I wouldn't recommend. They should be more willing to work. I would just keep my mouth shut.

    The services are a bit expensive, but I wanted to make sure that we had someone that was certified and that background checks were run so I could feel safe leaving my father in the house. If there is an issue and it is brought up with the office, they take care of it immediately. They also notify me if the caregiver is going to be late.

    There is inconsistency with the caregivers showing up to work, and that is difficult. Their caregivers are unreliable, lazy, and unprofessional.

    They need to have a different person who comes to the house for four hours a day. I think that the person they have sent has no character. She is a bit of a blob and a robot.

    It's extremely variable. There were so many different ones. They could have gotten a good person and left her there. That would have been the best thing that they could have done. The caregivers did things that I couldn't do in the house. The ones who did things the way that I asked them to made my life a lot easier because I didn't have to go back. They couldn't supply the same person every time. They kept sending a new person, and they know that it's hard on me to have to train a new person every time they came. There were some that were good and some that weren't. Even if I asked for a good one to stay, they didn't.

    They have been great besides that one incident in not being able to find a caregiver. However, I think that now she is able to move more independently. We have only had one problem with them. They had trouble finding a caregiver to come out on Mother's Day. The caregiver didn't show up.

    There are very good ones and some are not good at all. They could be having better people. It doesn't run smoothly. They don't get here on time or at all when they are supposed to. It seems like a mixed up place. One of the big problems is they don't we don't know who we are greeting next week or do they know. They don't plan ahead. I don't understand why there aren't more set up.

    It is difficult to match personalities, but they should have tried to match personalities and look at the abilities of the caregiver. They could have engaged and been more responsive with my loved one.

    I would tell a friend that I was very pleased and found them very helpful. They explained what they were going to do before they did it and they were anxiety relieving for me. They helped me the most by advancing me to the point where I could do things on my own.

    One of the caregivers was a nice person, but didn't want to do some things, but other than that, I've had pretty good caregivers. I can't drive, so it has a big impact on my life because I can't go to the grocery store without them.

    They should listen to the client and what they have to say. They didn't do any sort of therapy for me.

There was a different home health provider, referred by the Physician, in the home who was supposed to take care of medical issues and therapy. I am sorry for the confusion.

    Some of the people that the agency sends could have some medical knowledge, such as knowing how to put an ace bandage on. There was one girl the agency sent who doesn't seem to know about anything.

    Lori, thank you for the feedback. As we are not a licensed medical agency, our caregivers do not receive medical training. Of course they are able to apply a bandage, but have to follow the guidelines and policies related to the non medical homecare services. We do take training seriously and will provide additional training in all aspects of care for the girl in question. Your feedback is very important to us.

    I like how intelligent they are. They handled the setup of the services very well. I have terrible problems with my hip and back. They take care of my house for me.

    They worked really well with my mom to make sure all her needs were met. They decorated her house for Christmas because she wasn't able to. SYNERGY HomeCare was able to provide care so that her needs were met and I didn't have to worry about her.

    The people that they provide for caregiving are very good. They are kind and respectful, and they know what they're supposed to be doing and do it without having to be prompted. They do it well and with care. I've used them in the past, as well. They would follow my demented husband around and keep him out of trouble and problems where he would get hurt.

    They could get it together and get organized. They never interviewed my loved one to see what his needs were. I had to do everything anyways, and the whole point of getting him a caregiver was because it was killing to me to take care of him.

    I have just started with them but I am not too impressed because I feel like they put someone on me without me being able to chose who the worker was. I do not like that I could not pick my caregiver. Some days my worker does not even show up.

    They didn't show up on time and didn't call my loved one or contact him. He is not getting the care that he needs. I don't feel like the type of care his needs is being given. He is in a wheelchair and can't do anything, so when they don't show up, he can't do anything. I do not feel that they are doing what they are supposed to to make it better.

    I would like to have have more stability with the caregivers. Our caregiver has another appointment with another client, and she spends too much time there and not enough time with my parents. We asked them to send somebody that can cook for my parents, and my mom has to spend time teaching them how to cook.

    SYNERGY HomeCare as a company forgave me even when I slept in and couldn't get the door. My caregivers, Gloria and Brandy, are just wonderful. Gloria is good at cleaning and is a friend. Brandy is good at organizing, and she will brighten my day. I wouldn't survive life if I was by myself. It is very convenient for me that SYNERGY HomeCare will travel.

    SYNERGY HomeCare needs to send some caregivers out that can cook. I have to wait for my breakfast and they don't send anyone out for lunch, and something is always messed up with my food, like my bacon being burnt. The woman that came out today is the only one that I like and she always gets my breakfast right.

    SYNERGY HomeCare's caregivers were not safe, and SYNERGY HomeCare would push off the issue for a couple months. The caregivers from SYNERGY HomeCare were not safe and this made me stressed, and it also stressed my sister.

    SYNERGY HomeCare's caregivers always come on time, they always go the extra mile, and they help me with chores. The services helped because I was going through a rough medical period for a while. There was so much that I couldn't do so I thought I would give SYNERGY HomeCare a call. They came to help me, and they were the least expensive so I am able to afford the help.

    I would recommend SYNERGY because I am getting good care from them. The services are helpful, but I have to train the caregivers sometimes on how to use my Hoyer lift.

    Thank you for the response. The coordinator in question is no longer employed with our company. All of the caregivers were well trained prior to visiting and many times, they were accompanied by the office supervisor. At times, 2 caregivers were assigned to work together to meet the client's needs. New caregivers were trained by the ongoing or outgoing caregiver to provide consistency and alleviate any need for client training. There are times the client would need to instruct the caregiver's as each client has specific ways of completing tasks.

    I would tell my friends that SYNERGY HomeCare says that they will send you caregivers, but then they won't. I had a lot of trouble with them. I did not like it when they called me to ask if I wanted a caregiver that day. SYNERGY HomeCare would not let the caregivers work for 40 hours so that the company would not have to pay for their insurance. SYNERGY HomeCare is the main problem.

    Alex, thank you for your feedback. I looked back at your schedule. We provided care for you from August through December 2016. During that time, the insurance carrier only authorized care for 12 hours per week with an occasional need for additional respite. We had a consistent schedule of caregivers in during that time. We always call clients on the holidays to ensure they want service as well as during times in which the schedule is changing. We want to be sure we meet your needs. Caregivers are employed part time, but the hours authorized didn't affect that status at all. All full time employees are entitled to healthcare.

    SYNERGY HomeCare has been easy to work with and they have done what we asked them to do. SYNERGY HomeCare makes my dad's life a lot easier and mine as well. However, because they are so helpful, we have noticed a lot more problems with my father so I have had to work a little harder to fix them, but it is good to have them in the home.
