his rehab facility is the worst place on earth. If you are considering this for yourself or a family member, stop and look elsewhere. My mother was here and the staff was awful. Gave her the wrong food for her diet. Didn't change her enough so she sat in waste. Did not respond when she rang the buzzer or made a request. All they said was, "I'll be right back" and then it would be hours later. She was in pain and they never sent her out for tests. Ended up getting Covid from this dump. Finally we made them take her to the hospital where she had to have emergency surgery and another one three days later. She passed away three days after that. Please listen to me and look somewhere else

My mother was in ManorCare Delray in 2018. She was 97 blind and deaf at Manor Care and Chandly D. were her PT Spring of 2018. He taught her to walk again. She had a huge blister on her heal and we had to get her a heeless shoe. I just wanted to tell you that he suspected that she had Parkinson's because of her gait. It took till May to get her to a Neuro. Diagnosis was Lewy Body Dementia. Very similiar to Parkinsons. She passed away Aug. 2018. Just wanted you to know that out of all the healthcare prof that saw her Chandly was the smartest and had the best idea of what was wrong with her.Her occuparional therapist Jeff was great too. May all and yours be safe during this pandemic. Bless you All

Horrible place. I have a parent in here and I cannot wait until they are released. Staff/Nurses are extremely rude and nasty to patients. My family member has been yelled at for asking to go to the bathroom.

The nursing staff is poorly trained and basically ignores you when you come to the nurse station to ask a question. It takes a very long time to get a call light answered. And when the nurse or aide comes, they are rude about it and speak in a foreign language. The lady in charge of discharges is rude and really never available. She has no time for you. the food is very poor. The building is clean except for the rooms which are kept filty dirty.

My husband is currently at Manor Care. It is a beautiful facility and very clean! The staff treats him well and feeds him well, he has even gained few pounds since going there. I would like to thank the staff at Manor Care for taking such good care of him.

I've been to Manorcare several times. I always request to come here because the quality of care is excellent. The staff is professional and sensitive to my needs. The food is healthy and plentiful. The gym is well equipped, with state of the art equipment, I go twice a day. I am always well taken care of.

This facility is located on a nice quite street in Delray Beach. Right next door is a Publix bank and a Walgreens. The facility also has a nice sitting area in the front so patient and their caregivers can sit outside and enjoy. There are two nurse stations. The only downside is that you have to share rooms. The nurses are nice and very approachable.
