We toured Dimensions Living Stevens Point, and we were very pleased. They're very professional. They gave us a lot of information. The apartment was very spacious and clean and it seemed very safe there. The facility was nice. We didn't sample the food, but the staff has been reaching out a lot since and wants to see if we have any questions or concerns. So she's been very thorough, and Jenny's been very helpful. We saw the storage that we can use, the dining area, and their gathering places all over the place where they can play games and socialize.

Dimensions Living Stevens Point appears to be really well organized and seemed to have a lot of staff that's working. The person that gave me the tour was wonderful. She's been there for ten years already, but she left and came back. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything really well. She asked me a lot of questions and she was very, very caring and just very good at her job. You could see that she really loved what she was doing. Because I was looking at respite, the room I saw was fully furnished with beds and everything. It was very nice and very well-maintained. It looked very, very good for my father. I would definitely consider putting him in a place like that. She showed me a menu and it really reminds you of being at a little restaurant. They have little tables and everything. They have a little menu where you get to choose what you want off of it and then they bring it to you. The dining area was really beautiful. It was well-lit and just aesthetically pleasing. It was a pretty setting and it looks clean and good. I didn't see anything that looked questionable. It was very nice. You can eat at little tables by yourself or you could actually join somebody if you wanted to.

Dimensions Living Stevens Point was a very well-put-together and beautiful facility with lots of activities for the seniors to do. They have art classes and music. The facility was very clean. The staff members were very friendly and personable. The apartments were nice-sized. They had studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments. They all have their own bathroom, so it was nice.

My tour at Dimensions Living Stevens Point was just a brief walk-through, but they were very well organized and very cordial. The various community areas that we looked at were very nice. The couple of rooms that we looked at, a single and a studio, were also very nice. We saw the nutrition area, the site where they serve meals. We did get to walk through the kitchen area, and we did get to go to one of the many libraries that they have and the TV room as well. The common areas were clean, and they were being utilized. It's a very nice facility.

Dimensions Living Stevens Point is the place my mother wants to move to. She has a friend there, and it seems like a very nice place for her to be living. The facility is very nice. The people that work there are very caring. They have a lot of activities going on. I don't know what the food is like, but the people say the food is good. The rooms were nice and bright.

Dimensions Living Stevens Point seemed very large and I think our mother would have gotten lost in there. There were two or three floors and residents had to take an elevator. The individual apartments were fine but the air-conditioning and heater were in one unit, which was in the wall, like in motels where it heats or cools through the wall. I think that would have been very noisy for our mother who has hearing loss. She would have had trouble hearing over the noise that those air-conditioners generate. It was not on, so I didn't hear it, but generally in motel rooms, they're noisy forms of heating. We didn't see any activities. Their name and ownership have changed three times in the last several years and that concerned us, as far as long-term stability and staffing.

I toured Dimensions Living Stevens Point and they were very caring and oriented. The girl that gave us the tour was exceptional in explaining everything. She gave us a lot of good insight and different aspects to think about. The rooms seemed adequate and the layout was very nice. It had all the general amenities. It had a bed, a chair to sit in, a refrigerator, a microwave, a sink, nice grab handles in the bathroom, and all the really important things for somebody who has limited mobility. She also showed us the dining area, which was set up real nice and big, and the ice cream shop, which was pretty neat. Everything looks very clean and very well maintained.

I was very impressed with the amenities that appeared to be available at Dimensions Living Stevens Point. The staff members I met were very thoughtful and in consideration of the potential resident's needs. It appeared that they had adequate staffing. They had a sufficient specialization within the staff for providing care, providing medicines, and for various things. It was a slightly larger facility and was very attractive. I was very impressed with what appeared to be activities that were available. They had a bus to take residents to various locations for some off site activities. They also had a weekly mass with a priest. My mom was Catholic, and I thought that was pretty impressive. Also, each resident received a pendant that they could press, like a life alert badge, in the event that something happened. I thought that was a plus. They were less expensive, too.

My mom will be moving into Dimensions Living Stevens Point. I live about one block away. It's a nice facility, clean, and well run. It seems like a good place. They had a little ice cream parlor which seemed like an extra thing. They had a gym and a salon. It's a new facility, and the upkeep is good.

I went and looked at Dimensions Living Stevens Point. It was very clean, and it looked very efficient. It was pleasant. The residents seemed to be comfortable and happy. I would like to see more activities done. Other than that, it looked fine and was very clean. I wasn't there that long. It was just a walk-through, and I didn't talk to any residents. The staff who helped me was very informative, answered all my questions, and very knowledgeable. I thought it was very nice. They have transportation to shopping. The facility was fine. It had different rooms for activities, like cards, social gatherings, and stuff like that. It was quite new.

My dad will be moving into Dimensions Living Stevens Point. The facility is cozy. The two women workers that we've dealt with are fantastic, friendly, kind, and caring. They have three meals a day, and the food is great. The room is cozy and clean. He's in a single bedroom, but it's called a deluxe. It's got a nice and huge walk-in closet. I love the whole setup. I love everything about it. I would move in there if I could. The dining area is huge and nice. They have four people to sit at a table. When they had a COVID situation before, everybody had eaten in their rooms. So they delivered them to their rooms. If you don't want to eat in the living room, you can eat in your bedroom, and they'll bring it to you. It's just fantastic. They have daily activities. There is a room for exercises with chairs that you can sit in. They have bands, noodles, and different things to stretch your arms with. They have a happy hour on Friday where they get wine or beer and music. They have an underground heated garage facility. My dad drives yet, so he has his own remote control, which will open up the garage door, and it'll close automatically after a few minutes or seconds. He has a little storage unit down there, which is heated. It's just probably one of the best places I've looked at. When we were there for a tour, they made my dad a beautiful doggy bag to take home in a Styrofoam container. He had a huge hunk of the liver with onions and bacon on it. He had squash as a piece of dessert. My dad said it was phenomenal. He hadn't even lived there yet, and they sent him home with his favorite meal. The facility was beautiful and well taken care of.

My mother is a resident of Dimensions Living Stevens Point. The support and staff are very helpful. The facility itself is well kept and clean. My mother is pretty picky when it comes to eating. I think with her health issues getting a little bit better, she's more tolerant. She's tolerating the food better. The setup is more than adequate. She's on the first floor, and she has a view of the outside. She even has a bird feeder outside her window; she's happy with that. They do have laundry. She's able to get help with showering and toileting. They have group activities, which she's been able to partake in some of them (not all yet). I continue to encourage her to do more than just going to the dining room and back to her room. They had an open house. It was out in the parking lot underneath the tented area. They had door prizes, beverages, and food. She got a chance to meet a few of the other people, who (because they're six floors of occupants) she might not have otherwise had a chance to meet. It was fun.

Dimensions Living Stevens Point was pretty nice, clean, and the prices seemed to be reasonable. The staff seemed to be very friendly too. Their apartments were smaller, so that when you go look at them, you would face the reality of how much smaller they were. It's pretty obvious that we're not ready for that kind of size yet, but the facility seemed to have everything you would need.

I had a very favorable experience. They answered all of my questions, and they've been very nice and helpful to me. The rooms varied in sizes, obviously bigger was nicer, but they were all very adequate for my needs, very clean and presentable. The staff has been excellent. They had the activities limited because of the virus. Overall, they're professional, very nice and I approve of its location. They had housekeeping, a TV, parking facilities, and transportation for the residents.

Our visit was excellent, and the meals were good. If my mom would have qualified to be in the assisted living part, she could have had her dog, but they felt that she needed to be in the memory care part, which meant no dog. Otherwise, they had beautiful apartments, and it was a very nice community with nice amenities.

It would be a five; however, it took me 40-minutes to get there from my house, and it was way too far for me. I liked the people, they had activities, the food smelled wonderful, and they could order off of a menu; they had two different menus, so they had a choice of food, and I liked that. I had to use one of the bathrooms, and that was excellent.
