We have placed my grandmother-in-law at Oak Park Place Oak Creek. The price is cheaper. It is a newer and nicer-looking facility. It's one story. We had a family member who was also staying there. The staff is friendly and attentive. Everything looks nice. There's a courtyard, an eating area, and a card room. There are restaurants and stores nearby.

My dad has moved into Oak Park Place Oak Creek. I liked it. It seemed very personal and professional, so it made things pretty easy. It looks like they take very good care of their residents. I have tried their food, and it has been good. They have activities; however, there are COVID restrictions right now. They supply a microwave and a fridge. Besides that, it's a studio, so we brought our own furniture. We brought our bed, dresser, chairs and table.

My father is at Oak Park Place Oak Creek. We like the activities and stuff like that for him and that they're constantly checking up on him to make sure that everything's going well. He's actually in the hospital right now. He had a stroke and one of the ladies at Oak Park Place was the one who identified it, so we like their attentiveness, too. My father's room is a one-bedroom apartment with a little kitchenette. He likes that. He can stay relatively independent there. They have a full dining room for them, but if he wants, he can eat in his room, so he likes that. We haven't had any issues whatsoever with them. We like all the staff. The facility is almost brand new. They got a lot of updates that other places in the area didn't have. One of the reasons that they have openings is because they're so new and that they have not had a chance to fill it up yet, so that is good, too. My father seems to like their activities, too.

Oak Park Place Oak Creek was a very big place, and there may be only half capacity right now. It was easy to get lost there for memory care because the hallways were so long, and everything looked the same, and kind of cold hospital-feeling hallways. The staff was pleasant, I didn't have any problems with that.

Oak Park Place Oak Creek was a beautiful facility. I liked it. You walked in, and it just looked pleasant. Some of the other facilities seemed so clinical. This one was very homey. They showed me a menu, and it looked good. I have only communicated with one person, the director of marketing, Deborah. She was new and just started the job, so she was kind of on the training day the day I was there. She was with the man who had been the marketing director there, and they were both very friendly and very informative. They took a lot of time with me to answer questions and address any concerns. It's a beautiful facility, and it's pretty new. The rooms and the hallways were also beautiful.

I've toured Oak Park Place Oak Creek and what I liked best was that it was a new facility. It was very open with wide hallways, it was bright and cheerful, with large windows. The staffs were very welcoming, very knowledgeable, and patient with our questions, and we took our time with the tour. The facility has lots of room to move around for people with wheelchairs and scooters. They had very pretty grounds, a greenhouse room for the residents to work in, as well as a big community room where they had a lot of functions, including music and things like that.

Oak Park Place Oak Creek was beautiful. It was very new, super clean, and gorgeous. It was a wonderful, wonderful place. If I had to make a decision today where to put my mother tomorrow, that is where she would go. There was a library, several meeting rooms, a beautiful dining room, a bistro, separate rooms that you could use along with your family, and an area for toddlers to play. It was wonderful. The staff who gave the tour was excellent, very well-informed, and very personable. It was just great. They had a beauty salon. It was my favorite community. It was the best.

Oak Park Place Oak Creek was a beautiful facility. It was brand new. The administrator was very helpful, and the staff seemed very friendly. We saw a model room and we also saw a possible room. It was very big and brand new. It was very modern and had plenty of room to bring your own things. It was kind of quiet when we were there, so I wasn't sure if they had a large population yet. They had all the usual amenities.

I visited Oak Park Place Oak Creek. Its set up on the main floor is for assisted living, and the lower level is for memory care. The tour went well. The gentleman spent time with me explaining the different levels of care, and the process that one would go through if we're interested in pursuing an apartment or location there. He showed me both a studio and a one-bedroom, the dining area and different little nooks, the library, and the activities area. The building is new, they opened right before COVID and they're still not at 100% capacity. He said they were maybe at about 70%. It's very clean light and light. I was there around 4:00 PM, so some of the residents were in their rooms, and I didn't see a whole lot of activity going on at that time. But there was a list of that day's events. They were starting out with just a general conversation, and then they were going to do some craft activities. Then they were talking about getting together for a kind of like a Sunshine Club for the residents. It was monitored as far as having a code to get in as well as out, of the passageways from one level to the next. They have a nice little patio area where residents could go out and get some fresh air. I believe they had a separate area for a walk-in tub that the residents could use because everything was walk-in showers. They did the laundry, but I didn't see the laundry facilities. The laundry and the housekeeping would be included. They would look to doing an assessment when a resident comes in, looking at the level of care that's required. I did not see a menu there, but they said they have a chef who created the meals. The facility seems very large and knowing my mother, I think it's a little too large for her. I'd be looking for something a little homier, and maybe not as spread out, because there'd be quite a bit of walking from an apartment to the dining hall area. The staff who gave me the tour was very informative and wanted to make sure that I had all my questions answered. I was given a little folder with information about the facility as well as instructions or information as to the next steps, should I decide to pursue residence there.

My experience with Oak Park Place Oak Creek was very good. The staff was very personable and very friendly. He asked the right questions and gave me answers before I asked questions. He was very knowledgeable. The rooms were very good and clean. It's a newer facility, so there weren't as many residents walking about. I talked to the nursing staff and the assistants, and they were very nice and very friendly. They offered information and offered to answer any questions I may have had. When I first walked in, there was a room available for small family gatherings that the residents could reserve. It had a stove, a refrigerator, and tables. Then they had another bigger room for the same purpose, so if there was a bigger family, there would be more room for them to spread out. As far as the dining, the staff said the chef likes to keep the residents happy. He is open to making special dishes, and that if they have any favorite family recipe, he would be glad to try them and serve them to the group. They offered for us to come in and sample the food, and so we have another meeting to show my mother-in-law around and to sample their food, like they would put a little luncheon out for us.

My mother is in Oak Park Place Oak Creek, and I think we are very satisfied with it. The room is clean there's plenty of room for her and her belongings. They have scheduled activities there, and they have an event activities coordinator. My mother in her current state is not participating in any of that. She is new to the surrounding, and she's too timid to step out of her room and participate. My mother has mentioned the food, and I have sampled it, it is very good. I believe the facility has a true concern for the residents there, it's more than just filling rooms. I also believe at least one individual there is a Christian and provides some type of faith-based support for the elderly.

My father was one of the first memory care residents to move in when the new facility was built, so 15 months so far. The staff is caring and dedicated with little visible turnover. Doctor visits are scheduled right on site, so are haircuts. All medicines are administered by the staff. The price is very competitive compared to others in the area. Memory care residents have daily activities which are then posted on Facebook, so besides virtual visits, we can see what happened that day. I am able to contact staff during any shift for dad's health updates and as POA, request necessary services (Podiatry, physical therapy, etc.) The memory care floor has nice clean rooms, which are more apartment-like vs a hospital setting. Resident supply all of their own furnishings, photos, art and personal items, so it feels like their home. My dad likes the cooking and enjoys the dining room setting. Skype visits can be set up through the activities director. Visits were virtual during Covid, but now 2 family members can visit at a time during set hours.

We went to Oak Park Place Oak Creek. It's a five-star place, however it was assisted living, that's why we didn't go with it. The tour experience was very good, the staff was very, very helpful, we had a meal that they sent us home with, which was excellent. They had a kitchenette facility, it was spacious, and a nice setup. I did not see any amenities. They are set up to what our needs would be. I saw their activities, they start very early, wake up at 7:00 a.m., breakfast is at 8:00 a.m., and various things which were offered to what our needs are. I saw the library, a meeting room, and a common area where there was a stove you could use for baking.

My mother-in-law is moving into Oak Park Place Oak Creek. The studio apartment was beautiful. I met a couple of the staff members, and they're incredibly nice. It's an 8:1 ratio for nurse and aide per patient. I didn't get a chance to completely tour the facility. I just toured the memory care part because that's where my mother-in-law will be going, but I would actually give them a 5-star. The staff was incredible, and the administration was phenomenal. I would recommend it to anybody. The gentleman that I've been working with has been phenomenal. The facility was very clean and very organized.

We chose Oak Park Place Oak Creek for my mother. It's been extremely positive, it's a brand new facility, and I did have quite a few visits there before they had to close it down because of the Covid. But everything was of the utmost quality and care. The people that work there were very nice, and the facility is beautiful. Right now, they're taking very good care of the residents that are there, and I'm very pleased and positive that she's in a good place while this is going on. We have visits outside of the building and to the estate, they're doing very good job with the residents that they have, and I would highly recommend it. It's just a fantastic place, and honestly, I wouldn't mind being there. It's just a lovely atmosphere, and the indoors are tastefully done. I think the staff is wonderful, and they seemed very experienced to my mother's condition. The food seemed good, very good variety, and that was from months ago but I didn't hear any major complaints. This place is more affordable.
