I like the many options that Holiday Village at the Falls has. The staff who showed us around was amazing. She spent a lot of time with us. She was very patient. The residents that we saw looked happy and well taken care of. Everything was clean. They had nice accommodation. The staff was wonderful. Everything was very neat and very nice. In the apartments, they had a stove, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Some units had a microwave, too.

I completed a tour of Holiday Village at the Falls. I like the apartments. They're set up nicely. They have a dining area where you can have your meals. They have a library, and they have a chapel for bible study. I like those things. They offer a person to come out and clean your apartment and wash your clothes. They have a nice area outside to walk around. It's a nice place to live. The staff who gave the tour was a very nice young lady. She let me know about everything they had, and I appreciated that. She knew her job and she knew what she had to do. The appearance of the facility is neat and clean. The yard is well kept.

I like the size of Holiday Village at the Falls. It's excellent and it comes with all the amenities that you can think of, game room, gym room, and three meals a day, which is great. The rooms are bigger than expected. The bad thing about it is it's out of my price range. The food was OK. Everybody else liked the food, but me and my mom didn't. My mother says that it was an ideal place for her, but she already found her forever home.

I toured Holiday Village at the Falls. It seemed very nice. I only talked to one person and she was very friendly. I saw one room, and it was very nice. It was more like what I had in mind. It was more of an apartment-type thing where you had a little kitchen area and a living room. It was a separate thing, where the bedroom was a separate room and it was nice.

We like Holiday Village at the Falls. The reception was very nice. The person I spoke with was knowledgeable. The apartment was very nice. It had a nice little balcony. The rooms were nice sized. It was well maintained. The dining room looked very nice and attractive. The one concern is that the three meals were a mandatory part of it. I think it would be good if that was an option or if you could opt for one meal a day or something like that because a lot of people don't want all those meals. Since they have a full kitchen, a lot of people would prefer to at least make their breakfast and maybe supper.

I went to Holiday Village at the Falls. It was a very pleasant tour. It's close to where my children live, and I went with my daughter-in-law to this. She pointed out a lot of things that I wasn't looking for that I did like. It was very, very nice and it was less expensive than Janesville. And it does have three meals a day, which I don't necessarily need. Everything is included. It's very nice, but I'm not ready to move. The person who gave the tour was wonderful. The apartments were very nice. These were newly updated. The ones I saw were very newly updated. They have studios, one-bedrooms, and two bedrooms. There was an activity area, a library, a chapel, a dining room, a bar room, and an exercise room. They had all kinds of things, but there were outdoor areas. But I couldn't enjoy it that day because it was cold out.

I went to Holiday Village at the Falls. I had nothing to complain about. The staff is very personable and very informative, and I would highly recommend it. Activities are available. The folks there are decent. The biggest things for me are cleanliness, activities, things were updated, and the ability to maneuver around easily.

I went to Holiday Village at The Falls. We were trying to find something that would fit in my brother-in-law's budget for one in the area, because it's a very nice area out there, whereas West Dallas is kind of, I don't know, there's some areas that aren't so good. The staff were very informative and very helpful. They answered all the questions without leaving me with more questions. Their dining room is clean. They have water for you at all times if you need it, like infused water. They have a small gym and they do have a salon. And they said that if you don't make it down to breakfast, you can pretty much come down any time during the day and they'll have something for you to eat. The one day we were there, they were taking everyone to dinner at the Olive Garden. So, everything is there that you need.

Holiday Village at the Falls is a very big building. So, for somebody with memory issues or something like that, it would be a struggle for them, but it was a family environment. It was nice. It's independent living, but you could have extra services like a nurse or something like that. They had a library, a church area, and a salon. The dining area was nice. The staff was very friendly and very welcoming. They were all very kind. I liked it there, but that wasn't a good fit for us. It was beautiful.

I went to Holiday Village at the Falls. The lady that I spoke to was very knowledgeable, and very friendly. She showed me around all the different places and she had two open apartments. She was very candid and very frank. And so that was good. Going into the front door, it looks nice. it's all updated and everything, but then when you go back into the hallways, it's kind of older. And what they did is they converted this community from what used to be senior apartments. So, it's not set up for what I was hoping that it would be. The ones that I looked at were two-bedrooms, and one and a half baths, and there was sufficient space. It would have been fine if all the rest of it was what I needed. The cleanliness was fine, but it was outdated.

We felt very comfortable with Holiday Village at the Falls. My only concern was that they don't have any other sequential places to put my father in should he start declining. They didn't have any higher levels of care there. Other than that, we were very pleased with how Vicki worked with us. The tour around the facility was very, very nice. They did have a lot of other things included that I was very pleased about, as far as the call buttons and check-ins and whatnot. Vicki was very informative, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with as we toured around the facility. We thought she did a great job. They gave my father a fresh homemade blueberry pie that was just delicious. He enjoyed that and I thought that was very, very nice. The place was very clean and they had a lot of things to share with us as far as meal programs. They sent us home with a whole month's worth of menus and recreational activities. The pendant call button was especially important to me.

Holiday Village at the Falls is lovely. I thought it was a wonderful community. Everything is included in your rent like utilities and three wonderful meals a day. I stayed for lunch, and it was fabulous. There are a lot of activities and things. And they also give you a Lively Mobile Pendant for you if you fall or something. You don't have to be right there in the community to wear that. Anywhere in the United States, it would work. I think it's a good place to live. The apartment I only looked at was the smallest one-bedroom apartment because that's what I wanted to look at, and it was nice. It had a nice kitchenette, a dishwasher, and a microwave disposal. I like the electric range. I plan on downsizing a lot, so considering all the amenities and everything that's going on there, that tiny apartment is just fine for me. If I chose to move there, I wouldn't stay in my apartment for very long because there are a lot of things to do outside. The staff I met were very cordial and helpful. They even called me back and left a message today that they enjoyed my visit and that they'll keep in touch when it gets closer to when I want to move and hope that I choose them for my living option. The food was very good. It wasn't like institution food or anything like that. It was like dining out in a restaurant. There were servers and they waited on you, and then they had different choices.

Holiday Village at the Falls was nice and clean. They had a craft room and a puzzle room. The apartments were nice with a washer and dryer hookup and a balcony. The bathrooms were all handicap-accessible. The staff was great. They gave us a whole lot of information. They had an exercise room, a library, a parking garage, a walking path around the building, and a barbecue out in the back. They would provide 3 meals a day. We had a meal there and it was nice. They would provide transportation to doctors' appointments and shopping.

Holiday Village at the Falls was very bright, clean, and quite inviting. When we came in, we were asked right away if there was something they could do to help us. The grounds are very clean. The painting on the walls and stuff is very bright, and I like that. There are lots of window lights. The amenities that I was looking for were a first-floor apartment with patio doors because I have two dogs, and I was also looking for washer and dryer hookups, and they offered all of those. The staff who accommodated was more than wonderful. She bent over backwards answering questions and giving us information. They gave us a little folder with more information. We did not go into pricing really well because it was only our first visit. We are planning on going back for another in-depth visit before we make our final decision. The dining area was very nice. We were there for lunch and the food was very good. We were given a choice of several entrees. They tell you what their main one is, and then they give you a couple of other choices. The food was excellent. The dining room was clean and very bright. The tables had tablecloths on them, and there were cloth napkins. It was dressed beautifully for a senior facility. The staff were very knowledgeable.

The lady at Holiday Village at the Falls that we were supposed to see was there. We were told to sit down and wait for her and she was busy doing something, so we had to wait. The facility was a little confusing. I think I probably would have gotten lost in there for a few days before I found my way where I wanted to go. They have exercise and the usual hair salon and that type of thing. They also have a library. The lady was very polite, but she did not seem to know her way around. The grounds were nice. They were pleasant. The apartment was a little older. I don't know how old that building is, but they weren't as kept up as they should have been.

Holiday Village at the Falls seemed very nice. The two-bedroom apartment was actually spacious and big enough. What they were having for dinner that night smelled good, and the dining area looked very nice. It seemed like they had a lot of activities for everybody. They had exercise classes, craft classes, and then they went on trips to Pottawattamie, the local festivals, and other local places. The person who gave us the tour was a new staff member, so I don't know if he knew a lot of stuff there yet, but he did fine.

I'm living in Holiday Village at the Falls currently. The rooms are very roomy. I think the staff are good. They have their hands tied a bit by the company that bought us, but they do what they can for us. They're friendly, too. They have a lot of activities. We have bingo, cards, exercise classes, crafts, and a lot of things. The dining area is nice, and the food is pretty decent. I don't have much experience anywhere else, but I'm very happy here.

Our experience with Holiday Village at the Falls was great. I liked the fact that the lady was very open and honest. She did explain that their average age group was 85 and I'm 56. She thought I probably would feel kind of out of place considering that the people that were living there were much older, but overall, the tour of the place was perfect. It was excellent. I have nothing bad to say. I was interested in a two-bedroom and she showed me a two-bedroom apartment. It was had a bathroom off the master bedroom, and that apartment had two bathrooms, which was very nice. The second room that she showed me was a two-bedroom, one-bath and that was also nice. They showed me one room that was being painted. To me, it didn't look like it needed any painting, upkeep, or any work done to it. It was in good shape to me. You could tell they kept up the building. It was in excellent condition. It was nice. I didn't try their food, but they showed me where the dining area was. As a matter of fact, they were setting up for dinner. They had a workout room, and they had an area where you can go and play games. That probably would be the only thing I would suggest that they could try and improve, because in their workout room, they only had three machines and it was probably the size of a living room. It wasn't that big at all. Almost over half of the people that I passed by in the hallway was in a wheelchair, so they probably don't need a bigger space, but I would want a bigger space.

Holiday Village at the Falls was very, very clean and the people were very nice. The apartments were just gorgeous. They have a washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, the rooms were in very good condition. The staff who gave the tour was very nice, she explained everything to us. We saw some outdoor spaces where people can sit. They had flowers and it looked nice.

We had an in-person tour of Holiday Village at the Falls. The person that met with us was wonderful. She was very thorough, showed us a lot of different options, and sat with us for quite a long time, which we were really happy about. The facility is clean. It would be a place that we would be interested in. The amenities were all wonderful.

I have signed up to live at the Village at the Falls. It's an independent living, that's all they have. It's very friendly and it's welcoming. The people that showed me the apartments were accommodating. I chose it because I wanted to get away from the stairs and wanted a one-level living situation. The building has elevators and they have many services that are included with the rent that, in many other locations, you have to pay extra for, such as underground parking and housekeeping. There are activities like field trips on Wednesdays and all meals are included. I have tried their food and it's very good.

I went to the Village at the Falls. That place is more of independent living, they have some programs there, but for my parents, it probably is not going to work out, because we have to pay in their income, so they have no savings for that. The place was nice, very clean, and seems to be a good place and a good location. The apartments are very nice, kept up very nicely, clean, and they had a good impression. The person who toured us was amazing. She was very helpful and showed me a lot of different apartments, and answered all the questions, so that was okay. I have not tried the food. I saw the dining area, and it was nice. They have the library. They have a piano in the hallway, and they have a very small exercise room.

Village at the Falls doesn't have assisted care there, it's all independent, but they have a service within the facility that can take care of people. It's an extra beyond monthly cost. It's a very nice facility. I thought the staff was very friendly and attentive; the residents seem happy there. All the rooms are very nice, they were updating them, changing carpets and painting. They had a multitude of different options from 1-bedroom 1-bath, the 2-bedroom 1-bath, the 2-bedroom 2-bath. It has a wide variety of different living options for people to choose from. The dining room is a large facility, it's open-air and very nice. I thought it was a nice, clean setup. They had a meeting room where people could go and bring their own supplies, put puzzles together, and paint if they wanted to. Some were playing cards when we were there. The facility was very attractive, very nice, and everything's so well maintained.

Everything about the Village at the Falls was beautiful, from the grounds to the inside of the facility were beautiful. They're updating it right now with new paint and carpets, and so it's just very well maintained. Mary gave us the tour and she was great. Everybody that we met was very friendly, very accommodating, and very knowledgeable. We also talked to other residents and they said that the food was excellent. I saw the menu and it had a great selection. Their available apartments were a studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom and they all were very, very nice and updated. The residents all had great reviews about the place.

I did a tour of the Village at the Falls in Menomonee Falls. They had a very nice patio in the area that I went to, and I looked around. They had separate independent living, as opposed to some of the others that had everything all within the same complex. The staff was very helpful. They took me up, showing me different apartments, and introduced me to some of the people that were there. They were very friendly, very nice, and I liked everything that I saw there. I was there for a while and everything looked good. I saw people eating their lunch, but I didn't get a chance to try any meals. It's nice, clean, and the people seemed to be friendly. There wasn't a single smell of anything. The people always seem to be happy, and the ones I was introduced to seemed to be very friendly and helpful, and just so welcoming.

I was looking for something more like assisted living, but Village at the Falls was a very nice place, and they have all the meals every day. It has elevators, and my brother is not capable of getting around very well, so having things on the second or third floor would be a problem. The rooms are great; they're very nice. They got studios and one-bedrooms, but even the studios have a kitchen, which would be proper if he was doing the cooking but there's just a lot of stuff he didn't need. Independent living is pretty much what they offer. They offer additional health care, but you have to pay a lot of money to get it. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice. He was quite helpful, and I appreciate it. It was quite informative. I know there were outdoor spaces, but I didn't get a chance to see them because it was raining most of the day. They have beautiful big windows and lots of nice views, but other than that I wouldn't have the vaguest idea about their outdoor space. The community areas were great. They were warm, neat, and very clean. It was more like a senior community area. It was a very nice place. I would rate them a 5 but it's not compatible with what we need.

My experience at Village at the Falls was very good. It's a nice place. They have a private deck. You have your own patio. They were nice. We liked the tour. The staff Becky was very good also. I was very pleased. The apartments were very nice, roomy, and kept up well. Maintenance and upkeep were very good. The dining area was nice. They have social activities, but we didn't observe any.

The tour I had at Village at the Falls yesterday was great. I thought Patsy was very welcoming and very nice, and I really liked the place. It was really nice. I toured their independent living. They're very friendly and very welcoming. The staff even introduced themselves when we walked through. The place just looked very pleasing. It seems very clean and well kept. The staff showed me several rooms, and I thought they were very nice. It would fit perfectly for what my mom needs.

I visited Village at the Falls. It was excellent, the girl who gave the tour was very good, she knew her stuff, and she showed us whatever we wanted to see. They said on the website that they would furnish free lunch, but they didn't, and I had a feeling it was because of COVID. Outside of that, the tour was great. We saw two-bedrooms, the library, the exercise room, the dining room, the garage, and parking. It was lunchtime and there were a lot of people moving around, there was a lot of activity, card playing, people visiting with each other, and a lot of people were walking back to their rooms and talking. I was impressed because the staff member knew everybody's name.

I like Village at the Falls a lot. It's independent, but there are a lot of people here in wheelchairs and with motorized equipment. The staff is very pleasant. I have a two-bedroom, two-bath on the third floor with a balcony. Under the lockdown we have our meals and mail delivered right to the door. The meals are included with the rent. We have an activity room where you can do Wii bowling, and I go downstairs and ride my bike around the underground parking area. The regular meals down in the dining room would be a four (out of five), but the delivered meals are a three because they're not as complete and there's nothing fancy. My apartment is $2,835 a month. It sounds like a lot, but I get a lot for it.

Village at the Falls was excellent. They provided everything that my brother needed. They have wonderful staff and residents that he enjoyed interacting with. They have shuttle service for his doctor's appointments. It was just wonderful and he was very happy there. The nicest thing about his room there was it's the same layout as his apartment. The staff was very good and for anything my brother needed, they were there. They helped him with his things, like he couldn't reach his mailbox, so they made sure he got his mail every day. If he had any questions, he could go to anybody and they'd see him and answer his questions. They'd go above and beyond. The meals were good and were better than at most places. The food wasn't like at a restaurant, but it was adequate and my brother always had plenty. They always had snacks if the residents got hungry in between and there was always stuff they could take back to their room, so they were very accommodating. They cleaned his apartment and even furnished his toilet paper which was unreal. You could sign up for different things to go to, they'd have entertainment come in, special days, celebrated birthdays, and they had bowling on the Wii. People were always busy there and I never saw an unhappy resident. I thought it was worth every penny.

The Village at the Falls had very nice people, card games, an outdoor garden, and just a lot to offer. They showed me a one-bedroom that was adequate and very nice. Besides housekeeping, they offered three meals and activities, then that's pretty much it. The staff was thorough, friendly, and did a couple of follow-ups. It's a very nice place.

Village at the Falls is a very nice place, and the staff is very well-qualified, personable, likable, and enthusiastic about their place. The grounds are very nice, and the location was fine. We looked at two rooms with a patio and a place to sit outside in the sun which was important to me.

Village at the Falls was a very nice community. The people were great. The woman who took me around and showed me the place was great, knowledgeable of the place, and knew all the residents by name. The grounds were good, but the location was out of our range. The rooms and apartments were good, well maintained, and had enough space for one person. If the place was not so far away, I would recommend it to my dad.

I visited Village at the Falls and liked it very much. The gentleman who took us around was very polite, very helpful, and told us things we needed to know. The unit that he showed us was amazing, and now I'm figuring out how I could get in there. They have bingo, Wii bowling, card games, and crafts, plus a bus to take people on little trips, and an exercise room. The dining room was like a nice restaurant, and they had little vases with flowers.

We went to the Village at the Falls. Norma, in particular, did not like it. She said that the décor was miserable, which was sort of dark beige. There were a lot more men,, and they had a whole wall of memorials for the men who have served for the US in World War I. It was quite a large facility and it was very nice, but she said, “No, I don’t like it. It doesn’t feel right to me.” She wasn’t very specific, but it was just the feeling she had. It was in the country, and it wasn’t really where she wanted to be. For me, it was a nice facility. It was a little dated and could have done with being refreshed. I didn’t particularly care for the décor, but I would not hold it against them. The dining area was all done in dark oak, and it was a little dark. It was meal time when we went, so there were lots of people sitting at tables eating and everything, and there was a nice, big fireplace in the foyer. The rooms themselves were OK. In fact, they were quite nice. The corridor seemed to be dark. It really could have done with some updating. There was nothing wrong with the facility itself; it was just the style I think. But they were very friendly, and they took us on a tour immediately. They didn’t go out and about very much, and I feel that they were a little understaffed. I didn’t see people cleaning there. The units all have wall air conditioners, but they were individual units which can be susceptible to molds and stuff like that. The surrounds were nice. It was in a rural area, and they had quite a lot of acreage, which is good. But it was our first one, and we were very disappointed.

I would like to live in Village at the Falls! This place was beautiful. The people who I met were great. The amenities were very nice. They have meals and will come in once a week to change your bedding for you and do light housekeeping. It was very nice. I know they had a game room and a van to take them out, but that's not something that my mom would participate in.

Village at the Falls was a nice place. They have a lot of good things, but I just can’t afford it. The rooms were great. The colors were nice in there, and the carpeting was very nice. The staff people were very nice, very cordial, and answered all of your questions. The food was a good restaurant meal. If I had the money, I would probably live there.

I liked Village at The Falls very much, but the one thing that turned me off on it was a little bit away from where my daughter lived. The hallways were also fairly narrow, and if people with wheelchairs are going in opposite directions, one of them would pull over all the way to the wall to let the other one go through, and the other one would barely make it through. The staff is extremely pleasant, very good, and very knowledgeable. The rooms are very nice, and they were a little big bigger which was a very strong plus for them, and they were very clean. It looked like it was a little bit crowded inside, but that's OK. The location was away from where my daughter was, but it was pretty good and pretty easy to get to. One thing I liked about it was it was right next to a hospital also.

Village at the Falls did not have all the facilities that I was looking for. Their people could live by themselves. It was really like renting an apartment, but it was older people. The rooms had a washer and dryer right in the unit, and it had a cooking stove and an oven so you could make your own meals. It’s clean, and it’s good. It was very nice, but it didn’t have what I wanted.

I loved Village at the Falls. They need to build more of them. It's very clean from the rooms all the way down to everything about it. Once a week, they get cleaning service, they give the beds fresh linen, and it's just an awesome place. All the meals are given, and my father seems to really enjoy it. Everybody's friendly, all the way up to the manager. It's just a relief knowing that my father is in good hands and he enjoys the company of other seniors that are about his age, if not younger. It's independent living, but they give you an option that you can hire people whom they would recommend which is really nice. I had a very good experience with even the moving company they gave me. I would definitely use them again. They give really nice referrals, so that meant a lot. It was an exceptional experience, and we just can't say enough about the facility. They're nice to everybody. They have a chapel up there, a library, and Bingo, and they have almost every activity. I know they have outings. They have a bus-type van that will take them to the doctors or to the store which is in a 15-mile radius -- which is really nice -- and of course they have life alert included in the rent. It's just unbelievable, and I think it's very affordable.

I am living at Village at the Falls, and it's a pretty comprehensive retirement community. They provide everything. The only additions to my rent are my Internet and phone service, but other than that, they have everything covered. They have prepared meals, three a day. It's institutional food, but it's pretty good. We have a nice two-bedroom apartment with a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a little patio. The apartment is very comfortable. It's not cheap, but when you stop and do the math, you see that you're getting everything you need, so it doesn't look quite as bad. There are a lot of activities. If you want to be involved, you can stay busy. They go out on trips. They offer coffee and snacks all the time as well as fruit, desserts, and you name it. I am on the first floor. I can let my puppy out the patio door.

The Village at the Falls was clean, friendly, and we all liked it. The food was OK. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I don't have any complaints. Maybe they can improve their menu, but other than that, it was really good.

My husband's sister is in Village at the Falls. It is very nice. I like it, and she likes it very much. I like that it is out in the country, and they have so many activities there. She likes her room, and she is happy there.

The Village at the Falls was beautiful and had everything, but it was way too much money. They were very courteous, showed me all around, and invited me to dinner. I was extremely impressed with it. The food was very good. They have a chef that prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They had many activities with something planned for every day of the month scheduled on a calendar they put out. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Village at the Falls is a very nice place. My mom loved it, and we all liked it because we saw a lot of various activities that my mom could participate in. They have shuttle buses that could take her anywhere she wants, six days a week. They also have a beauty salon. From dinner to socializing with other senior citizens, the accommodations are great, and the rooms are really nice. We are trying to get a one-bedroom, but they only have a two-bedroom at the moment.

Village at the Falls was a very nice place. They had everything to offer. The people were very nice. The person I sat down and talked with went over everything. We toured the facilities. As we ran into different people, they were all saying "Hi! Welcome to the Falls". It was a very good experience. We looked at the rooms and the different options we had. We looked at the menus as far as the meals. They had all the activities going on. If I would ran into somebody, that would be something I would recommend.

We toured at Village at The Falls. It was very nice. We were interested in a one bedroom for my husband and myself. The apartments were older, but they were nice and clean. They rooms were spacious for a small apartment. Their residents were older, but other than that, I think the place was quite nice. They were going to have an outside barbecue on Sunday, but because the weather was not good, they had something to do inside. The manager showed us around, told us how everything is, and gave us the price for the two of us.

The staff at Village At The Falls showed me around and explained what they offer. It was a nice facility, but the apartments were small. That's why my mom didn't like this facility. The room was almost like a one-room efficiency type.

They were helpful at the Village at the Falls. I did not feel as comfortable there as I did at some of the other places. They were not anything going on while we were there, but they said they had scheduled activities. It seemed well maintained.

I visited Village at the Falls. The staff was very friendly, and it was an enjoyable place to visit. The facilities that they had for seniors looked like it would work very well to help the seniors. The rooms were clean and adequate. They have a quiet room activity, a place for speaking, and a place for meeting. The facility was sort of away from city activities but still close, and they have bus trips also for the seniors who like to be active and do those types of things.

I like Village at the Falls, but it was too pricey. They had full time chefs there that served the meals. They have housekeeping and all of that, and that kind of stuff we didn’t need. The dining room was beautiful. The suite that they show you -- that they let you visit to see how you would like the place -- is much nicer than the actual apartments. Other than the price, everything was nice.

The Village at the Falls is very nice, and my dad liked that a lot. However it was expensive. We did see all different kind of rooms, and they are very nice. Everything is included in the rent. They have three meals a day cooked by a chef. There are 24/7 snacks out there. The staff is wonderful. They are very accommodating. They showed us everything that they have available. Everything was right there, and you never have to go outside of the building. If he had the money to do it, he would have moved in there.

My wife is going to Wisconsin to Village at the Falls. The staff was very friendly. They answered the hard questions. They were very pleasant and easy to deal with. I have tried the food, and it was delicious. The food was absolutely outstanding. My son was over there, and he said that the rooms are all fantastic. Everybody in the building has smiles on their faces.

Chris at Village at the Falls was very honest, and he spendt a lot of time with us explaining everything. He was very detail oriented and a very nice person. The apartments that he showed were very clean and neat. They have outings, exercise programs, a spa, chapel, library and then they have an area around the building that you can walk around. They have a bus that takes you shopping or anywhere you want to go. There is a regular timing for doctor’s visits, and what I like the most is the open concept, it's rural, and it’s not close to the city. It’s very quiet, you can look at the sky, and they don’t have a nursing facility.

I don’t like Village at the Falls. It was OK; they have a swimming pool, they have pictures with people working on the fitness center, and all they got is a room for them. The room and the dining room were nice. They seemed very friendly, but everybody dressed up to eat; I showed up in shorts. Nobody told me I had to dress up, but I felt undressed. It seemed more formal.

The rooms at Village at the Falls were very nice. They were like big and small apartments. The big one had a large bedroom, a large nice bathroom and you could have a washer and a dryer in the room. The only problem there was that they did not have medical people like nurses in the facility.

I'm in the process of moving in at Village at the Falls. What drew me in is that I could take in my large dog. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and very encouraging. They are not pushy and they make me feel comfortable and that I would belong there. I got an apartment with a one bedroom and it got a very open concept. The feel is very spacious. What is also ironic about the place is that you only have to sign a three month lease in the beginning and then after that it's month to month and certainly if I don't like the place I would be able to move right away.
