It was the place that I liked the most. It felt like you were at a home. It was like you were going into a big house versus going into a facility. It seemed more comfortable and homelike. The staff was nice, friendly, pleasant and enjoying what they were doing. I liked the open setting with the kitchen because they were preparing food in the kitchen, and the people could sit and watch them. I did not try the food, but it smelled good, and the person preparing the food had been doing it for a number of years.

My grandfather has moved in. We like the size of it. It is smaller, and it is all in one level. I like that the central part of the home is like a kitchen area and dining room, and it just feels warm and friendly. Regarding the staff, the lady who gave us the tour was terrific. She was very informative. Grandpa likes the food there. He probably is eating better than he was at home. He looks great right now. Everything is very clean.

We moved my grandma in August. I visited her a couple of times. I think it’s very clean. They give more care than she needs now. It’s assisted living, but everyone has individual rooms. The room is like a little studio room. She has a bed, and she can fit a couple of chairs in there. She has her own bathroom with a shower, and she has a little sink with a mini refrigerator. They have one dining room. She says that she enjoys the food. My grandma is very happy. They do activities with them, take them on field trips, and go different places. They bring in special speakers -- like they had one that came in and talked about how women in the civil war dressed and acted. There are a couple of other community centers like that in the same company and every month they have a special activity where they’ll join one of the centers. Sometimes they bring in people who play live music.

It was very good. It was really impressionable and very beautiful with very nice surroundings. They have many activities that are very good for older people. They have that interaction. They offer companionship for their residents. They have a beauty parlor and a barber shop, which I think are very nice, and those things are very convenient, too. They have bingo, daytime activities at the place, and field trips. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I also saw the menu, and it looked very good. Overall, I see no room for improvement. I was very satisfied with them. They have everything. It is very convenient, with nice dining hallway, fireplace, and library. It is very nice.

It was a very good facility. My mother in law passed away there. She was a little bit of a stubborn person, but they were really patient with her. They really tried to do anything and everything for her. They were there for her when she needed them. The staff was very sincere and very compassionate. I was very satisfied and very happy. Whenever I was there, they were working with her, trying to help her. The place is very homey, warm, nice and comfortable, and they kept it very clean.
