My sister is in Clifden Court. She's in the memory department. The help that they have is very caring with her and they go out of their way. It's a nice place. I'm hoping when she gets a little better, she'll be able to sit outside in the summer. The staff is very caring, very helpful, and very good. The food is very good. It's a locked facility, so they have to come and let you in, but the residents are sitting around, watching TV, or walking around. The dining area is nice and clean. They all can eat together and you can have your company come to eat with you, so it's very nice. She's in a double room and it's medium-sized. It's very clean.

I had an in-person tour of Clifden Court, and it was very good. The staff showed me a room that was going to be available, and they told me some of the things that were going on. But what I want is not available yet, so we have to wait a little while. Other than that it was very informative for me and helped in my decision. The facility was very clean. It was lunchtime, and they were very busy helping the patients get their lunch. When people in the memory care unit were asking questions they were always answered in a positive way. The aids were not affected by being asked the same questions. They were never rude to the patients, which was very nice. The staff was friendly. Everybody was doing their job. It was a very nice facility. Even the room that I got to see seemed to be quite adequate, and something that I would feel comfortable having my husband go to.

My mom enjoyed her time living at Clifden Court because it felt like home. The staff were very compassionate to my mom as she began to change with her Dementia needs. I would highly recommend this community for your loved one.

My wife is in Clifden Court. We chose it because it is only five or six years old. It is clean. The people are nice. They have activities, like bingo, hangman, Catholic mass, and visitors who sing. The staff washes her clothes and makes her bed. If she needs walking to one of the activities, they help her. However, I am a little upset with the prescription part of it.
