LakeHouse Chippewa Falls was very clean and very well kept. The residents all looked very happy to be there. It's open air, like the yards and things were all very nice. I only interacted with the lady who gave us the tour and she was very nice. I know another resident who lives there, and she says that the staff is always very helpful. Their laundry service is completely free and they will do it for you or you can do it yourself. They do not allow cooking in the rooms. They don't have a stove available, so you'd just be heating up with a microwave. They have a community kitchen that the residents can use. That seemed very nice, except it's not like you could just make your own meals there. It would be more for baking or special occasion cooking. They also had a large dining room such as if you want to have your family over and the dining room that all residents use was very open, airy, and well-lit. We did not try the food other than the muffin, but we were able to see the food that was on the table. One nice thing is, although you have to eat their food, you have a menu that you can choose from. There are always a couple of different entrees that you can choose from. The staff seemed very helpful. They had elevators available. They had safe stairways that were very nice. The hallways were well-lit.

LakeHouse Chippewa Falls was very beautiful. The people were friendly and they had a lot of activities for mom to do. Mom likes to do puzzles, and they have two puzzle rooms. She plays cards and they have a card room. The rooms themselves were very nice size, too. The staff was very helpful. They answered every question I had and asked a lot about my mom, to see if she fit into their community and stuff. So, I enjoyed talking to them. They were eating lunch and we went in and the food looked very good. Mom can eat a salad for every meal if she wants one. I think it will work out fine.

My parents moved to LakeHouse Chippewa Falls. My parents seem to like it. They like the food. They like the people. They like the living arrangement. It's clean. It's appealing. Everyone is very accommodating. There's a gathering room and a sunroom. The dining area looks inviting. They have a barber salon. There's the main door and then it goes into the kitchen area, which is where they have a kitchen. They have a sink and refrigerator. The kitchen is small, but they don't need a big one right now. Then that opens into the living room, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom.

I toured LakeHouse Chippewa Falls. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The place was something that I can recommend. The place made you feel more like you're at home. Everything was clean and organized. They had an activity room, dining room, and beauty shop. They did the laundry for people but you had the option of doing your own. They had exercise equipment.

It was a very nice place, a little larger, more apartment type, but very clean, and the rooms were very nice. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They seemed to have a good number of activities.

I visited here. They had three meals a day and nurses on-staff. They had very nice, good-sized rooms, and they'd actually make two single rooms into one two-bedroom if you wanted it that way. I would've moved in there myself. They had a hallway that would take you right to the hospital. The common area was very nice, clean, and spacious, and could handle quite a few people. We had lunch there, and the food was great.
