Staff is very attentive to the patients needs and wants. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for placement for a loved one.

My Mother stays there but now that she is there they wont even take a phone to her so that I can talk to her and I'm her son. I live in another state and they refuse to let me reach her. Her bright spot is to talk to her son and they take that away. No compassion from employees and no desire to care for residents or help that I have seen. Pitiful. My mother was in another care facility that was good and I sent her money and presents regularly and talked to her all the time. She was transferred to Miletree and they say sons aren't on the list to speak to their mothers. Really? AVOID!!! Take your loved one somewhere else.

I have an uncle that lives at Miletree Center. He really seems to enjoy living there. The nursing staff is second to none as they are always aware of what the residents' needs are. They are very informative when I ask any questions regarding my uncle or the facilities. My uncle brags about the food and dining area. It is nice that family members are allowed to sit and eat with the residents. He likes to participate in daily activities planned for the residents. They celebrate the holidays with the residents and go out of their way to include the ones that don't have family members visit (really nice touch). The only negative thing I can think of at Miletree Center is that sometimes the laundry gets mixed up. They try to label all of the clothing but sometimes mix ups occurr. All in all, I think this is a very nice local nursing home in which the staff is very dedicated and cares about the residents and their families.
