If I had to rate the nurses and therapists, they are all wonderful! We didn't meet anyone we didn't like. My mom was treated like a princess. The food is great. It's clean. However, the main problem with Encompass is poor case management. My mom came out of Encompass on a Friday. Even though she was ready to come home, it was too soon. She doesn't have the support of medical professionals at home around the clock if something bad happens, and my dad is disabled and unable to care for her. We wer...

I was on an in-patient program for a month and I did not get enough treatment. The therapist took care of two or three patients at a time. The out-patient program was better than the in-patient. I hoped to get well sooner.
