My relative enjoys the movies, craft classes and weekly Bingo. The programs are run to include everyone and the staff are very kind. All of the meals have been very good with a large variety. Overall, they do a great job - getting everyone involved in daily activities and are kind and patient with all the residents.

This is the worst facility to send your elder parents/grandparents. The staff does not care, they leave your love one sitting in their own excrement for hours on end. They do not take care of the residents medical needs. Stealing is commonplace and rooms are insecure. The staff is careless and incomptant, they would prefer to talk among themselves then take care of the residents who pay for and need their help. I have been to this facility and seen the filth inside. The only good thing I can say is that the building does look very pleasent, it does have fancy decor.

Harmony at Southridge was out of my price range. They had independent living, and they had one and two-bedroom apartments with two baths in the two-bedroom and one bath in the single bedroom. It was very high-end. It was like the Cadillac of places. They've only been there since 2020, so they're very new. They have a lot to offer. It's a multistory building and most of the places have balconies. They have a full kitchen, so you could make a full meal in your kitchen. They have very large oversized bathrooms with emergency cords at the commode, at the shower, and also by the bed. The staff during the tour was top-notch. The tour that I got at that place lasted two hours and it was very impressive. They had a large gym. They had a large room where they had religious services every week. They had a good-sized barber beauty area for people. They had places where you could meet with medical people. They had a memory area that was locked off, and they had assisted living on certain floors. The floors that I saw were independent living. They had elevators in the building for getting to the other floors. It's a big place. You think you're coming up to a resort when you first come up to it.

Harmony at Southridge was a newer facility and it was very clean. The staff seemed very friendly. They showed me the demo room. They have unassisted living, assisted living, and memory care there, so you have several options given to you. I went to tour them for assisted living and memory care. I was given an activity schedule. They have a beauty salon, onsite physical therapy, and a courtyard. The staff that accommodated me with the tour was wonderful. They have a concierge at the desk to assist the guests and to assist the on-site residents. It's a rather large building and that can be a little intimidating. With seniors and those with confusion, there could be an issue with getting lost sometimes.

We are currently working with Harmony at Southridge to get Mom placed. We've already signed the contract and we're just doing all the legwork to get her ready. It's conveniently located for us, and it's a very nice facility. The people were very, very kind. We just think it'd be a good fit for her. They had a big physical therapy room where you can use any of the equipment you want or you can have prescribed physical therapy. They have a salon, pedicure, and manicure. They have a movie theater, a library, a game room, and a crafts room. The staff was all super nice. The menus looked nice, but I haven't tried the food.

Harmony at Southridge is very nice. It's brand new and the rooms that they have were more like apartments. They have a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a little kitchenette. It's pretty self-contained in itself. These rooms haven't even been lived in yet. They seemed to be well-staffed. They've got a section for independent living, one for assisted living, and one for memory care. They walked us through and showed us all the activity rooms and we got to see some of the activities. They have 3 different cafeterias and they took us through them. They had a bar there for independent and assisted living residents where they could go drink wine or whatever. I got to look at the menu posted on the wall, and they also have alternatives. If you don't like something on the menu, you just have to order off of the ala carte. Harmony at Southridge is the best-looking place we've looked at, and it seems to be the most price efficient so far.

I would describe Harmony at Southridge as an excellent facility. I have more than one friend at that facility. It's a new facility, well-staffed, with good programs. They have game night, they take them places, and they have Bible studies for them. They have good meals, and all residents also can cook in their rooms. So it's overall very good. They have an outside area for grilling out and a small library. The staff members are caring and competent. All the facilities were sort of some sticker shock. They're quite expensive, but comparatively, I would say Harmony at Southridge is a good value.

We looked at the memory care and assisted living at Harmony at Southridge for my mom. It looks like a pleasant place to live. The rooms were nice. The thing I liked about the memory care is that the rooms were small, but we were assured that they would be spending a lot of time, and encourage them to spend a lot of time outside of their rooms in the common areas, and so that expands her living area and contact with other people. The rooms in some of the other facilities that we've seen are bigger than those rooms, but my mother currently spends almost all of her time in her room, and that's why I say the common areas which expand her living space make it more pleasant, because you're interacting with other people. That is what was attractive to me and to my sister. We only saw our tour person and didn't really talk to other staff, but she was very pleasant, informative, and personable. She told us that she would get back to us with answers to certain questions, and she followed through with that. It looked very clean, I didn't see any maintenance people, and I didn't see anything broken. It looked very nice. They offered activities, a movie theater, a pub, a beauty shop, bingo place, and other areas where they could involve themselves, maybe with people who have similar interests. It's hard to do when you have a memory issue, but nevertheless.

Harmony at Southridge is a new place. It's wonderful and beautiful. It's independent living, but they also have a memory care center and assisted living, so if my mother needs more care, it's available to her. The facility itself is just stunning. They just had exactly what she needed in terms of space, activities, and physical therapy. They have a salon, so she can have a place to go get her nails and hair done. She just really felt comfortable during our visit. It's nice, open, and they did a lovely job designing and decorating the space. She felt really at home. We went there three separate times to look at the apartments, and the woman who was in charge of that was just fantastic. They have two-bedroom, one-bedroom, and studio sizes, and she selected the two-bedroom, so she can have stay-in guests in her office. The designs are lovely. Every apartment has a balcony, some are closed, some are open, but they all have lovely views of the woods. The one-bedrooms have a cathedral feeling. You just feel like there's a lot of space. They got a neutral palette, and it's completely handicap-accessible in all apartments. They have a huge dining area that is open, airy, and comes with meal plans. She will get one meal a day or she can do more than that. She can go down and eat if she'd like, or they'll bring it up to her if she's not feeling well. They also have a bar that has pub food, and where they do holiday celebrations. They have an activity hall where they do all kinds of things, like the Easter eggs they had last week. They do crafts every week, they have a small movie theater, and a huge game room that has any kind of game you'd want to play. They sometimes have game nights too. They have a little area where people can come in and entertain the residents. They do that every month, and they give out this activity sheet, so there is something to do every single day.
