My mother is moving into Harmony at White Oaks. My father is already there for respite care, and my mom's decided to move in, too. She is a level two care. It's very good. It's very clean and very nice. The employees are all very nice and gracious, and they have lots of activities. The rooms are nice, clean, and modern. I ate there with them, and the food was good. Everyone goes downstairs to eat and they have different tables. Every meal is served for an hour and a half, and they can go any time within an hour and a half. They're given two choices, like menu A and menu B, that they can pick off of for that day. My dad just did some painting. They had someone come and help them paint on canvas. On Halloween, they had trick-or-treating, where they had kids come in, and the residents also could go outside and could trick-or-treat. Every week they have several different activities. They have puzzles that they can do any time. The atmosphere is pleasant. Everyone seems happy and seems to get along well. The facility is new, so everything's really nice. The care is great, but I think the price is ridiculous.

Harmony at White Oaks is a newer facility. I would love to have my mom there because it's brand new and very spacious. The staff was just as sweet as rain. I've even been contacted by their coordinator hoping to get my mom there. They have a dementia support group that I'm planning on going to next Wednesday afternoon, and they've been very inviting, and very helpful. I saw the dining room in passing with the tour. They have church services through our church. They offer a live stream program. They have invited us to bring my mom up and play bingo on Saturday, but we haven't made it that far yet. I think my mom would like that just for the socialization aspect and everything.

I toured Harmony at White Oaks. It's very nice, and we did a walk through on it. The room was pretty much the same as the other place. It's a brand new facility, and it's very nicely located. The person who took us on the tour was very nice. I think they had a physical therapy type facility, and it's less than a mile from the hospital. It's a little more upscale, and it's more expensive.
