I am the son and my mother had to sign herself out today due to very neglectful treatment. My mother just had and recovering from severe heart attack, and is already in a wheelchair. She asked to use the phone and was told " go to conference room and get the phone herself, also was left on her bed pan for hours so long her back tailbone etc... Is bruised. This morning she was not offered breakfast or lunch and she is diabetic and has to eat regular times to help maintain blood sugar levels regulated. Finally she decided to sign herself out and we are going to search for a different place to help my mother recover. So I definitely agree the families who have suffered due to this facility needs to come together and file a class action lawsuit. It's sad my mom can't receive proper care at this critical time because we are searching for a new facility.I would definitely recommend go somewhere to seek help for a loved one.

I would not send a dog of mine to this facility. My grandma went their for therapy to get her strength back after a fall. After two times of being sent to the emergency room the third time we had to make them send her to the emergency room and the emergency room sent her to CAMC memorial in charleston with congestive heart failure. There were many problems and aloof covering up of what happened to my grandma but for the most part it was due to neglectful care and lazy staff members not doing their job. All I have to say is that if you put your loved one in this facility go there every day and stay on the staff to care for your loved one. I regret that my grandma had to stay there for any length of time because she was even afraid to drink fluids because nobody would help her to the bathroom . This we found out too late. No one can care for your loved one like you can at home. BEWARE! My grandma did not survive and she is in a better place now, I hope this helps anyone who reads this review make the decision not to send their loved ones there!
