My mother has lived in Bayberry Retirement Inn for a year and a half now. She knew someone there. It's small, and she liked it. It's been very good. The staff is very good, and the food is good. They cook the food there, and that's a plus. Her room is roomy enough, it's small, but it is very clean. They've been very good about cleanliness and sanitizing during the COVID. They actually have not had any cases of COVID there at all. They do bingo and other games, but before COVID, they did a lot more, like trips and taking them places.

We toured Bayberry Retirement Inn. It was nicely kept. Very nice furniture. It's a clean good place. The staff who showed us around was very polite. The place had a very nice structure.

The food is above average and the facility is neat and clean, a few of the staff members could stand to polish up on their kindness skills. I have seen them be a little harsh spoken at times.

My mother lived at Bayberry for a year. Then she had a stroke and was in Heartland until her death on February 1, 2018 at the age of 94. I visited her many, many times during her year at Bayberry and I thought it was a wonderful place for her to live. I know that her year there was the best year of her life. When the time comes for me to move into a retirement community, Bayberry will be the place. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for assisted living. Her ONLY complaint was that they fed her too much! She gained weight. Of course, she didn't have to eat everything but she did. Anyway, she loved living there and all the friends she made while there, including the staff.

There are not a lot of rooms there. They treat everybody nice, they're just so sweet, and my mom loves it. She feels like they're all family there. The staff are really good. It's spotlessly clean. The cooks make really good meals, and she likes the food there. They take care of everybody. They check on you if you don't come down to eat, and they'll make sure that they go to their doctor's appointments. It's plenty of room for my mom. She has a twin bed in there, and she has a chair, a nightstand, a TV stand, and a dresser. They furnish everything -- i.e., sheets, towels. They have a dining room with tables all around. They have bingo, exercise every morning, shopping trips, different kinds of music, and church on Sundays. My mom has been in Bayberry for about a month now. It is one of the better places she has been in, and the price is really reasonable. It is really good.
