Great facility for my parents!! The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and professional on all accounts! They have created a sense of community and enjoy the activities provided! In particular the activity coordinator (who leads their daily exercises) is incredible and so knowledgeable! While we wish our parents could continue to live on their own, this facility is a wonderful option and a blessing for my brothers and I to know they are in great hands.

My mom has moved to Prestige Senior Living Bridgewood. We like the flexibility of the meals. It's a very clean, very nice community, and very friendly. The staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful. Her room is very nice. They remodeled the whole thing. They have live bands. They have a nice area outside for walking around that's all been closed. They have transportation. The community is very friendly and very inclusive. The communication with the community is OK.

I chose Prestige Senior Living Bridgewood for Mother. She was there before and we took her back to that. It's great. They've been wonderful with my mom, so I feel comfortable and happy that she's there. The food is good. They have lots of activities, but she doesn't participate in most of those. I think it's a good value in comparison to other things I looked at; they're fair. She lived in independent there and now she's in full care.

My dad is a resident at Bridgewood. It is amazing. The staff members are always very friendly and very helpful. They always call us anytime there's a problem. My dad has a very nice 1-bedroom unit. The food is good. There are several recreational activities. They have outings, Bingo, and exercising everyday.

The other place that we liked was Prestige, but it was just a little too big for my mother-in-law. It was really nice and clean, it had a lot of things happening, and people seemed happy there too. The staff people were very informative and friendly. The dining room looked very pleasant. They have arts and crafts, and they do bean bag toss where they have competitions. This was the one we wanted to put her in, but there was a waiting list.

Bridgewood (Prestige Senior Living Bridgewood) suits me, and they don't charge me 3 meals. I have a choice to just have 1 meal, and I choose whatever I want to eat. The staff is very friendly and nice. The place is very clean, and they changed the carpet and painted for me.

The staff created difficulties for the residents.....moved their preferred puzzle game location without regard to lighting needs but because "it just looks so much nicer". It did not fit the needs of the residents. Food is always an issue, a few weeks of fairly good and then it fails as in feeding elderly people pre-processed food including corn dogs....had to send real food for her dinners.. She felt she was unimportant and was concerned about the staff politics affecting her stay. When she did become ill, the assisted living area took her in but failed to provide a phone. She could not call out or call he doctor, a cell phone had to be provided at the family's cost. Further, in the assisted living area medications were dispensed by non licensed personnel and her right to refuse meds was not honored. Courtesy of that error she was given aspirin when she was already on strong anti coagulant meds, this caused an internal bleed for which she was unable to recover despite 2 weeks in the hospital following that event, no survival.

Everything in Prestige Senior Living Bridgewood is excellent and always smells good. The people are all happy. The workers are very friendly and very accommodating to whatever it is that my mother needs. They have lots of activities, a movie theater, and popcorn during the day. I am quite pleased with it. The dining area is clean and pretty elegant. I do no think their food is as good as it can be. It is not a buffet type and they give them an extra hour to come and go. With my mother, she has one meal delivered a day. She wants to fix her own breakfast, but she does not get credit for the meal she did not have. I guess they can improve by giving credit for meals if that person does not want to eat all three. I will recommend it. My mom’s room looks out on a grassy area and a school.

What I like about Bridgewood is that they don’t tie you up in a contract. My dad has been in Bridgewood for two months in a studio apartment that's just perfect for him. He has a queen-size bed, recliners, refrigerator and nice tv in there. It has a big bathroom, too. They have all kinds of daily activities and a bus to go places. The staff is very good and helpful. They really look out for my dad.

My parents are residents at Bridgewood and I am personally impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the units and the community areas. I think my parents are pleased even though occasional comments of food are heard. The staff is friendly and caring to the residents. I am concerned if the emergency call system works effectively at all times.

I was very impressed with Prestige. The rooms were very nice, the dining room were very clean, and the food was delicious. They had activities for the people that stayed there. The respite rooms were setup very nicely; they had a little kitchenette with a small refrigerator and a microwave. It looked like a very nice hotel room.

My sister entered Bridgewood as a hospice patient and was there about a week before she passed. I had visited several of them, and it was the one I thought she would like the most. The staff was outstanding. They were very accommodating, and we were very, very pleased with their attention and the care they gave her. The cleanliness was outstanding. They gave us lunch, and it was excellent food. I know that they had a lot of senior activities. We were just 100% impressed.

Bridgewood at Four Seasons Retirement and Assisted Living Community was clean and nice. It seemed like a decent place and very livable. The staff were friendly and helpful during our visit.

The staff seemed friendly. The care provided appeared to visitors to be sufficient. The food also looked like it would be good as well. Despite this, the residents of Bridgewood did not appear to be overly happy to be there. It is difficult to determine whether this disposition is a result of any deficiencies present within Bridgewood or because these residents have become pessimistic with their old age.
