My husband is at Sullivan Park Care Center. Their CNAs are very nice, not just to him, but to the other residents there as well. I visit my husband every day, and I'm there for several hours, and the CNAs are very nice. The place is very clean. They clean it every day. He shares a room with another gentleman but they each have their own area. The other day they offered to give me lunch so I could have lunch with him, and it was very good. I've only had one negative experience with one of the nurses, and obviously, she was having a bad day. I'm not sure what the fee is for them to be there because the VA is covering it for my husband. He's a disabled vet.

My mother had end-of-life care. It was excellent I knew the staff were there for her and willing to make her life easier as she finished her journey. I will always be grateful that I chose Sullivan as when I would go home at night I had peace that she would be well taken care of until I can get there The next day.

Sullivan Park Care Center is nice and clean, and the staff is caring and wonderful. I've had three people there at the same time, and they have never had any complaints with the community. According to the residents, the food wasn't exceptional or appealing in appearance, but that's understandable because they have dietary restriction and so on.

Sullivan Park Care Center was a very clean place. They were a little short staffed, but not too much that we were inconvenienced. They were great in taking care of my personal needs, as well as my general needs. The food was OK. Sometimes it was really good and sometimes it was just bland. They had snacks if you needed them. Their activities were good and they seemed to have good participation by everybody. They had in-house Christian ministry and they had church, too.

My father has been a patient here for 3 weeks and we are extremely impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Thank you guys! Dr. Ross Simonds (no affiliation with this facility at all)

I can not say ENOUGH great things about Sullivan Park Assisted living and how wonderful the staff was with our Mom but especially how caring, devoted, helpful, and dedicated Ms. Leffler was with our family wanting to ensure us that our Mom would have the best care. She was true to her word. We will forever be thankful to Heather and her staff for the wonderful care given to our Mom. I have since recommended this beautiful place to many other friends and collegues. I HIGHLY recommend that if you want the best care possible for your parent(s) that you contact Sullivan Park Assisted Living and ask for Heather. You will not be sorry.

My father was in this facility due to a hip fracture. They were supposed to give him physical therapy but didn't help him. The "Doctor" switched his medications without permission, which made my father completely unresponsive and more ill. The nurses didn't come by to check on him for hours at a time, and failed to properly read his charts. They also didn't prop him up in bed correctly, which led to pneumonia. He is now at home peacefully with family under hospice care. I don't not recommend this facility at all. The employees do NOT follow directions!!!!

Sullivan Park is a large complex; it has cabins or houses for some people. The staff is very good. They have assisted living unit and skilled nursing. The food is fine, and we have a selection for the dinner. We have bingo three or four times a week, and we just got back this afternoon from the casino.

My husband moves to Sullivan Park Care Center last 15th of May. We choose it because a couple people recommend it and it is near to where I live, so it is convenient for me to go there every day. The staff seems very friendly. They seem very receptive when you have something you want done. The food I guess is OK. He has a private room and it has everything you need for a bedroom and a bathroom. They have activities for people who are more mobile. My husband didn't participate on most things because he is in a wheelchair and he cannot do too much, but they have different themes like little luau and such. The grounds are beautiful and really kept up.

The overall feel of the place was nice and had spacious hallways. The big windows in the front let in aa lot of light, which I know many of the residents liked. The head nurses were very friendly and would let us ask questions about the treatment of my Grandfather, as well as give suggestions that we thought would help. However the lower end nurses that helped my Grandfather with small detail sometimes were rough. He had a problem of tormenting Arthritis that affected his entire body and which lit his skin on fire. The nurses knew this and still were particularly rough to the point where I saw tears in his eyes. I mentioned this once, and after many visits seeing them tug on him and be very rough I asked for a specific nurse to not be involved with my Grandfather at all. The food was awful and they ate at random times. Although not the best he has ever stayed in, it wasn't the worst.
